This is the worst chicfila Ive ever been too. Unorganized, slow, and incompetent. Took me 20 minuets to receive my order while multiple parties came and went. Placed my order for Togo and it came out for dine in, and was missing a chicken sandwich. Finally got a Togo bag and our sandwich after another 10 minuets. Get home to finally sit down and try to enjoy our meal, only to discover that my "original chix sandwich" was actually spicy, and that none of the requested sauces were in the bag, and all or the fries were cold. All around terrible experience. It wouldve been faster and more satisfying to drive off the island to find another. What a bummer.

Good food as usual, at leastv what we had. Sucks that it is an express, I mean come on your right on the beach and are busy. Service was mediocre. Staff wasnt like Chick-fil-A is known for. Staff was not very friendly, just not helpful when asking them a question. Expected better, I would think Chick-fil-A would disappointed in knowing that they have a restaurant that is not up to par with there standards.

Ive noticed there are very mixed reviews about this location in particular, Im not local to the area and it was my first time at this location. The food tasted like usual at Chic-Fil-A; however, as usual there was one employee who went out of their way to be great while the others stayed pretty neutral. Overall I have no complaints.

My children were scolded for wearing a cover up over their bathing suits at the beach. We were than surrounded by security. Your food is far from 5 star. I had a lemonade and it tasted like piss. Maybe if you concentrated on your cuisine more than what children are wearing, it would be a good thing. Just a thought.

As people noted, this is an express which means limited menu. Why rate lower because of that? It is what it is and we think they did a great job, wonderful staff and great service. Food was great and it was a beautiful view! The only fast food we do, so I loved having this across from the ocean as a quick lunch!

Its an Express meaning they dont serve breakfast or a complete menu! Service is not up to Chick-fil-A standards! Very disappointing! Workers dont know what their doing! Food not as good as normal restaurants. If youre starving it will do. But dont expect your normal Chick-fil-A experience!

First time reading at one of these. The food was good for the price but the restaurant was loud fur my taste. I didnt have any issues but I watched the staff handle a messed up order with outstanding tact. If Im looking for a quick bite to eat, Ill likely visit this place again.

I was there on December 26 with my wife and kids and we waited forever for our food. I love chick fil a because of their values but can the owner of this place please tell me WHY DONT YOU HAVE A KIDS MENU? AND WHY YOUR REGULAR MENU IS NOT THE SAME AS THE OTHER CHICK-FIL-As?

I ate here with a couple of classmates today. My food a bit longer than expected, but it was hot and fresh when I ate it. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with pepperjack cheese and a sweet tea to drink. Both were very good. I will definitely be back to this location.

Chic-Fil-A food is always good, but they have an extremely limited menu. No kids meals and no milk. Salads were apparently premade because someone in our party requested one without blue cheese due to an allergy, but found some bits of it down inside the salad.

They were really busy being the 4th of July. There is one lady Eartha was her name a real great lady. She went out of her way to help me and my wife with our 2 grandchildren. The service was fast I was amazed as packed as they were.

The people that work here are awesome!!! Every time I come here for lunch theyre all so nice and friendly. The food menu is limited because its an express Chick-Fil-a so that kinda sucks, but the location and views make up for it.

I really chik Fil A, but my problem with this location is that there is no drive thru, the menu is very limited and the parking lot sucks. However, they make up for the lack of drive-thru with a very speedy and courteous staff.

This place must be new. It also has a little ice cream shop in there. Everyone was really friendly and greeted us when we walked in but I still cant get over the prices. The food was good and hot.

I like Chik-fil-a, but this Express concept is a big letdown. No wraps, no kids meals, only 1 salad choice. The service was very good and clean restaurant. Small seating area, no playground.

Ive never been to a Chick-fil-A and gotten the customer service of a Mcdonald, whoever was in charged of hiring their staff, has failed miserable. Will never step foot there again!!!!

Probably the worst Chick-fil-A Ive been to but it is improving. The staff is much more friendly and the service is quick. Its the only Chick-fil-A on the island so it is what it is.
