I would give Pizza Hut a fourth of a star if I could. I ordered a pizza online and not 5 minutes later called the local store to add a pizza to my order. Of course, it was routed to a call center, which was the worst customer service idea Pizza Hut has EVER had. The first lady I talked to couldnt help me and forwarded me to another department. After being on hold for 15 minutes, my husband calls also to try to get someone to add this pizza before our other pizza is delivered. We finally get someone on the phone and she is also unhelpful, so we ask to speak with someone at the local store. FINALLY we are able to speak with someone who can actually add this pizza to our order and of course our pizza is already gone. I ask to just have the extra pizza delivered as soon as possible and suddenly now its going to take 75 minutes. Out first order was placed only 25 minutes ago and was already on its way and now it will take another 75 minutes to get the extra pizza we had been trying to add to our order for the past 20 minutes. In no way will we EVER order pizza from Pizza Hut in Galveston again!

I ordered the $10 Dinner Box, because it is a pretty good deal, and got a pepperoni pizza with the Honey Sriracha Drizzle and Fiery red pepper crust. after the pizza arrived and I tipped the delivery guy, i opened it up to discover that it had neither the drizzle or the special crust I had ordered! After realizing this I called the "restaurant" to see if I could get this corrected but was simply directed to a corporate call center where I was put on hold for long periods of time and then hung up on when i FINALLY got a person. This is no way to conduct business and I highly encourage you all to order from somewhere else. Papas pizza on seawall and 45th has never done me wrong, so maybe try there!

The delivery number for seawall pizza hut is a call center in San Antonio. So Dont be surprised if your delivery never comes. After an hour and a half wait I called through San Antonio to be routed to the pizza hut. Sorry,,,thats what they said. The manager was intellectually challenged and had trouble communicating or furnishing the franchise info. So he put a really old lady on the phone. Makes you wonder about the quality of the product if the employees were obviously unrqual to such a task and had no inkling of understanding customer service, food service or the hospitality industry on a vacation destination. called corporate instead. .

Probably the worst customer service experience in America by far. Told the girl on the phone the address of the hotel five times just to be told she doesnt know where I am... Even though my hotel is on the same street as this Pizza Hut. If that wasnt enough, after receiving a significant amount of attitude from the girl on the phone, I was told I was going to be helped by a co-worker and was then put on hold. After ten minutes of waiting by the phone, my cousin called the same Pizza Hut and was put through in a matter of seconds. Pizza quality is poor as well. Come to Canada if you want an authentic Pizza Hut experience.

Sorry dont understand why I have to call San Antonio to reach the Galveston store. After a hour and half the driver shows forgot half the order called San Antonio again and was told driver would be sent right out with the rest of the order. Well after another hour no food. So called San Antonio a third time to just cancel rest of first order and they said they would email the Galveston store and have the manager call us. Don t see that happening . This place is a joke

Had my family in the hotel room waiting on pizza for a hour never knocked on room door whoever took the order somehow got 2 different room numbers the 2 different names then tried to blame it on us we only have 1 room my wife only has 1 name. Thank you for the arguments and missed beach time plus it was fun having 3 hungry little kids in a small room asking where the food is. Papa Johns to the rescue told them what happened and they gave us a deal

Put order in for wings at 10 pm it is now 11:23 pm. They said that it would be delivered at 10:35. I paid with credit card and I just tried to call to see where my order is and they are closed got a recording. So we are sitting here trying to figure out if they are going to deliver or not. You think they would have called me. I am very disappointed with Pizza Hut and will not order from them again.

Im a professional driver, I called cause I needed delivery they were ok with taking my order and my money then Mitchell calls me and tells me they dont deliver to truck drivers at a business which makes no sense. False advertising if you ask me dont offer delivey if your not going to honor, place is a joke. Wish I can put half star(not even worth that much).

Almost every time we order they forget something. One time I didnt even receive my order and had to call two hours later. Still didnt get it. I had to call three times just for ranch for my salad. I paid for it, I wanted it but I didnt get it. Really good food but this particular location doesnt seem to be on their a game.

Ordered at 10 pm.. emailed and called them at 1045.. We are at a hotel 2.2 miles from this location. Just talked to Taneshia and said shed text the mgr. Hung up on me. Still no pizza at 11:10. Just talked to her again, driver just arrived and said he delivered to Wong address and folks took my pizza. Crackheads..

Abousolutly Horrible and stupid they made us wait after 11:40 with only 3 workers. Along with about 25 other people waiting to. We even called ahead of time yet they didnt tell us that it was this full. It was a huge waste of are time. And We Only ordered 1 pizza and a dozen wings. DONT BOTHER EATING HERE!!!

To bad it isnt possible to give a lower rating. Sadly disappointed at the level of dishonesty and lavk of customer service. I will be filing a complaint with pizza hut proved the call center doesnt continue to disconnect from my call. Save your self time and irritation. Call Dominoes.

Never any problems when we come in... Pizza always on point and yummy... Employees very friendly and work hard...Chris the manager and Jennifer do their jobs well and are very helpful when it comes to ordering and dont complain when i ask questions our need refills....

Liars and cheats. Place an order at 9:30pm and the order was delivered at 11:30. Looked at the receipt they had deleted the order and resubmitted the order to 10:53. They did this to make sure they didnt have to comp us a pizza. What a crappy way to run a business.

Horrible experience, avoid at all cost! Lost order, strung along for over an hour and a half with hungry kids in hotel, apathetic, still wondering if they charged my card. Centralized ordering system is the absolute worst Ive ever dealt with. Be warned!!!
