i ordered vanilla ice cream on chocolate coated waffle cone. at the window she handed me something in a bag...ummm, ive NEVER received waffle cone in a bag before!! I asked what it was and she said waffle bowl. I said "i asked for a waffle cone." her response was "we dont have that here." are you freaking kidding me??!!! are you telling me that something on the menu doesnt exist in your store? or are you out at the moment??....because those are two different things!! lazy freaking kids that need to do something else and get some respect.

Ordered food today while on lunch break, fast service. But my burger was totally incorrect as it states. I ordered the A1 cheeseburger, It states it comes with swiss cheese -.- I got cheddar cheese, it states it comes with caramelized onions yet I had no onions at all, states it comes with "signature creamy A1 sauce" which I also did not receive on my burger. Why offer a burger if its not including the correct products. I was already at work when I realized this and did not have time to call. Just wanted to make others aware.

Have you every heard of anyone charging .49 Service Charge to pay with a debt card? These folks do that. If you pay with cash they charge you.49 and refund .44. Now about the service and food. Service very poor. Food served cold and flavorless. That was tacos.

They really deserve no stars. I am mad because its the only ice cream place around . Dipcones suck everything and it never fails they screw up our order everytime. Plus please get an adult to run this joint these kids are stupid and rude.
