First lets start with the customer service. Ryan is fabulous. He is very professional and friendly. We had our pizza delivered. It was to us quickly and still hot. It was a large mushroom, sausage and black olives. This pizza was so delicious. Everything was so fresh. The sausage was just that, sausage. Not some unrecognizable thing they call sausage. We stopped having pizza because all those places out there that claim they have the best pizza havent had Pizanos. So glad we finally tried you guys. I was shocked to see you are a chain.(in a good way) Cant wait to start trying different menu items. I will be recommending you to all my friends.

Found this place due to Google reviews and its proximity to our home in Reno. Took about an hour to get to our place so great there. Ordered a large pepperoni, sausage and black olive pizza what we received literally had maybe 10 pieces of pepperoni and 15 or so sausage chunks. At best as far as the olives are concerned it was a total of about 6 olives sliced up. Very thin pizza New York pizza would actually look like deep dish next to this stuff. Will say the pizza sauce and cheese tasted great but I wont be ordering these guys again for $25 I could have gotten 4 Digiornos and actually had a meal not a snack.

We came from GA on 2 very long, very starving flights to Reno. Upon checking in to our hotel We did not want to get out as we were exhausted. We ordered pizza, wings, and breadsticks. They were quick...and let me just tell you...they were the BEST WINGS IVE EVER EATEN. The sauce was so perfectly seasoned and hot I ate all 9 hot wings...by myself. (Not a huge wing fan) the pizza was hot..cheesy and greasy....all of my favorites :) the breadsticks were just ok but it makes me sad that im back in georgia. With no pizanos wings.

They have great pizza, easily my favorite. The sauce is like heaven and the crust is amazing. However every time I order, I ask for extra ranch and parmesean cheese and they NEVER once brought it with them. Ive ordered from then over 20 times in the last year, on the phone and on the grubhub app, no matter what way I put my order, I get the same result. It may seem silly, but after 20+ orders you would think they would get it right at least 1 time.....rant over. Leaving to go get ranch and parm from the grocery store.

Pizanos is hands down the best pizza of anywhere ever. Reno is lucky to have this hidden gem and it is our go to for dinner. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. Their pies, pazinis, and alfredo bread bowls are delicious. I have never gotten bad service and the employees are all very cordial. The owner is wonderful and he deserves a nobel pizza prize because he knows what he is doing. We love you, Pizanos!!

Great pizza we ordered meat meat and more meat with mushrooms, olives, and red onions. It was the best we have had in Reno in 4yrs of living here. Wings were good too. Customer service is great. Also they home make there ranch and blue cheese dressing. We had to pick it up as we live outside of the delivery area but that was no problem as you park out front in the loading zone. Worth the drive Defiantly will be back

ABSOLUTELY RENOS BEST KEPT SECRET! Came across them doing a search for food delivery in my area. Have now had food delivered 4 times in 3 weeks! The pazinis, pizza (OMG!), sandwiches, and salads are all just to DIE FOR!! SUPER NICE STAFF, QUICK DELIVERY, ALWAYS VERY, VERY, VERY HOT, FRESH FOOD! MY NEW FAVE IN RENO, AND A MUST TRY if youve never been there! :-)

In town on business, found this place on google and decided to go based on proximity of the hotel. I ordered two slices and a small pop combo for $7. Awesome deal and the slices were big enough for dinner. On top of that the crust was perfectly done thin crust, and absolutely loaded with toppings. Thumbs up ladies and gents.

I came in to get a pizza at 9:50pm for myself and a bachelor/ette group. I was treated very poorly (food will be up in 5 min = 50 min) and was very disappointed with their quality when I finally did get our food. I expected expected better. Maybe they were in a hurry that night?

When we discovered Pizanos Pizza we stopped eating pizza anywhere else. It is the best pizza in Reno without question. The thin crust is wonderful and the pizza is piled with wonderful taste treats. The folks are nice and helpful and Pizanos is close to everything. We love it.

Went on a lunch date with my boyfriend here. The service was fast and great! Ordered the chicken alfresdo flatbread pizza, the alfredo pasta bowl and a regular pepperoni pizza. Pizza dough tasted pretty cheap but still tasty, other than that everything was great!

Pretty great place! I dont usually eat pizza, so I ordered a veggie sandwich and asked for them to add grilled chicken to it. They were really nice and were happy to fulfill my request! The sandwich tasted great and filled me up! Thanks a lot Pizanos!!

They delivered to the hotel which was nice and it was quick. The pizza was pretty good but they sent the wrong pizza. Im sure they would of fixed the problem but we were super hungry. Just check your delivery order before they leave.

Greek sandwich skimpy on the meat I said put the sauce on the side they still put it on sandwich pita bread was stale Garlic bread had no garlic and was dry and stale cheese cake had a off taste as if it was going bad

They were pretty fast on the delivery and the temp was hot. the pizza was also good but a little on the salty side. although it might have been my taste buds at the time because the leftovers were SOOOO GOOOOD!!!! =)

I have been here a few times to grab a slice and a beer. Pizza has always been good and their prices are fair. I havent ever ordered a whole pizza from these guys but their pizza by the slice is worth it.
