VERY VERY BAD! They have great wings but disgusting pizza! Being disabled, I had my sister go down to place an order for wings, salad and apple pies. Was charged for pies & salad and then told they were out of wings. Cancelled the order and then told they could not give a refund but only a store credit. I spoke to a girl stating she was the in-charge and not authorized to give refunds. When I asked her to call the manager she refused! Told her I would be coming down for my refund. Had my sister take me to the store in my wheelchair. The girl would not come out to talk to me but instead called the police on me! The girl then stated it was a corporate policy not to give refunds. Guess they would rather have an unhappy customer than to refund my $7.50. Sure wish we had a Dominos or a Papa Johns. Do not go to this Pizza Hut! Read all the reviews first!

I wouldnt waste ur time even stopping here dont go I was there May 3 rd 2015 and we were the only ones in pizza Hut and waited for over an hour and a half and walked up for our money back said it their policy no return or money back I was pissed. They are so rude never again I dont even want to give them a star. I saw other ppl coming in complain also

I had a horrible experience. We ordered a pepperoni lovers stuffed crust and it was disgusting. My teenage daughter and I could only eat one piece each and it was $20. Definitely not worth what they charge for it. :-(. Good thing the salad and wings were good. Im still trying to wash off the grease that was dripping off the pizza.

problems with delivery service, unable to find locations, takes orders wrong and doesnt fix them. food takes twice as much time to get to you as normal. extra greasy dough, food tastes fake, sometime raw and undercooked also burnt and over cooked extremely. would not eat again even if was last restaraunt ever

After ordering over 20 times on the online menu, I have not had a problem with any of my orders. The women and men are always friendly, and quick to wait on me when I meet them at the counter. Update: I just got my order, and the pizza was as usual delicious! The thin and crispy is my favorite.

The lights had spit balls inside of them very lazy people had to ask for everything salt pepper silverware extra plates maybe 3 drinks that were working at the fountain never go back to the Crescent City location

Called for del, guy who answered asked for address and zip code 3 times and was still confused. Im at a major hotel in town! Learn to speak English if your going to answer phones!

This Pizza Hut was clean and tidy. Staffed by a young crew who really know how to please the customer. I cant lodge even one complaint about how I was treated. A lovely time.

Price is significantly higher than what is advertised on main website. +$!-2 per item on almost any deals offered, probably only still getting business because they deliver.
