Went there by myself tonight and ordered, waited over 30 minutes to get my food. I went up to an employee and asked about my meal, and he found it sitting on the counter by the register; apparently they couldnt figure out whose it was even though my number was sitting on the table. It must have been sitting there for at least 20 minutes (judging by how long it takes normally get food at Noodles & Co) but he just gave it to me anyway. I ordered a thai hot pot with no mushrooms, and when he gave it to me I noticed there was no flatbread on the side like usual so I asked if he could bring that to me. He said sure and I waited roughly 15 more minutes before I gave up on him and asked a different employee. There was also TONS of mushrooms in the soup. The second employee was super nice and gave me the flatbread and a coupon for next time, thankfully. tldr; this Noodles & Co. is normally great but they really screwed up tonight :(

The food at Noodles is chain based so theres not much to say about it (especially since N&C does all their food fresh for you), thus this review is more a commentary on the staff and location. Staff here in the Plaza is very friendly and has expedient service. Only downside is that the bathrooms arent open access. This is something the location had to do since public bathrooms tend to be abused in this part of town. Given the proximity to UMKC and Cinemark, this is an awesome location. I just wish they delivered.

I had a "Happy Birthday" coupon for a free bowl of my choice. Unforunately, I forgot to print the coupon and only had proof on my phone to show the cashier. The cashier, Claire, complied with my situation and happily helped me choose my meal of Penne Rosa; which was very tasty. Claire also upon delivery of my meal remembered my name and wished me a Happy Birthday. I left with a smile on my face and a full stomach. I love Noodles & Company and will be back soon.

I put in my order right at the beginning of lunch rush, after 20 minutes of waiting, I went to the front and asked about my order. The manager Dom found that someone had accidentally overlooked my order, and it was not started yet, and he offered me a free dessert item. When he brought my food to me, he also gave me a coupon for a free meal on my next visit. Mistakes happen, the manager Dom handled it exceptionally well, I will be returning here in the future.

We just moved in across the street from this place so we had to check it out. The value and quantity matched up well. I ordered the Large Pad Thai bowl of noodles. I love pad thai and this one was really tasty! My 2 friends ordered other mediterranean noodle bowls and said they liked theirs a lot as well. I asked for the nutrition menu to check out the calories, etc and they gave it to me quickly. It was very helpful and also showed allergens, etc.

This is OK for Noodles and Co. There are a lot of homeless people that come in and out of the restaurant. They have a security guard to keep the trouble out, but its definitely not a suburban location. When I went, they had run out of grilled chicken (5:45PM on a Friday night). The flavors are OK, but it is not their flagship location. The staff are not very attentive.

Ive always had a positive opinion of this place, but today they went above on beyond. Id accidentally ordered a sandwich with meat in it, and when I told them that Id made a mistake and I wanted to buy another sandwich, they just made a new one without meat for free. Its small things like this that make a huge impact; stellar customer service is a key differentiator.

Really GOOD FOOD and great customer service... Although, some people rely on the image of the different dishes when, trying to making a choice of food. Also please please please please please please please bring back Penne rosa and the old Noodles, they taste better. However I enjoy going to noodles and company.

Went to the Noodles and Company website to see if I could place a phone order and the website said that they only took online orders. I could not order from my phone, so I just decided to go for a hail mary and give them a call. They picked up, took my order and it was ready quickly. Never had any problem here.

The service and people that work there are rude disrespectful I would never go back there and eat again it was a very bad experience plus they let homeless people hang out in the place. The food is ok if you like gluten and GMOs in it. There is absolutely nothing that is wholesome or nutritional in their food.

At the time of my visit the store front was clean and fairly quiet. Multiple associates were delivering food to their respective table along with removing dishes costumers who were finished. The Wisconsin Mac & Cheese was delicious and the chefs actually mixed the cheeses before it was served!

Really great food and soups for a really small price. The portions are actually pretty hearty for the price, and that soup for $1 is great to fill you up! Really clean, and prompt service, didnt have to wait long at all. I had never been to a Noodles & Company but Im glad Ive been to one now!

Hated that they changed the menu for the franchise. Also this restaurant was very clean. The pop machine was disgusting, the cup they gave me was dirty and the utensils they gave were dirty. But I did what I ordered. I was just uncomfortable with the cleanliness.
