So upset. I made a order online because it said that they delivered. I called them to confirm my order and they kept putting me on hold. I was then told that the manager doesnt come in until way later until 6 in the night, and that why will tell him to call me. I wait and wait and get no call. I call at 9 and ask for the manager and he puts me on hold! He said he would refund me and would call me back in a few minutes to confirm it. I wait until 11 to hear back, but nothing. I called again today asking for the manager and they put me on hold. They then needed all of my information for 5 minutes... then they tell me the manager isnt in until 6 again... honestly so frustrated and will never buy from here again!

The wingstops in the Reno/Sparks area are a joke. They dont answer the phone sometimes when you call and when they do they will put you on hold for upwards of 10 minutes. This is not something I have experienced just one time either. This is a regular occurrence. It has nothing to do with the food or the quality of the food but rather the business and the quality of its management and operations practices. They could use some serious work and if I were in charge of these wingstops I would take a serious look at how things are done. Your service is terrible and I have no idea how you are still in business.

A year ago I would have gave them 10 stars. The quality of food was poor, we ordered for our large family, food and drinks for seven. Some of the wings were so cold we thought they came out of the fridge. Flavor was just okay, not sure if new staff or owners but was very disappointed always looked forward to wings now not so much.

We have been going to that location because of Darvis and Jonathan. It is not my closes location but the BEST Wingstop in the Reno area. Friendly service, food cooked to order with no problems. This is were we go for our favorite lemon peppered, well done wings with a large side of baked beans.

Ordered fries with extra seasoning, got fries with NO seasoning. Took them back and they handed me a cup of seasoning to pour on top. Tasted awful, I expected better customer service and maybe some fresh fries.

This place is great for take out wings. They serve beer and possibly wine. I mainly go there on Mondays and Tuesdays for the fifty cent boneless wings deal. Try their atomic sauce... I dare you.

Friendly staff. Great choice of wing sauces and their fries are some of the best in town. Also, they have one of those Coke machines where you can create whatever soda concoction you want.

This Wing stop, had old wings. Didnt taste fresh at all. Serves was slow. Regret going there. Ill give them credit, just cause they tried. Over all I rate it 2 stars. Im sorry.
