Poor customer service. I wasnt informed that each dip costed .75, I asked the lady after I purchased my meal if I could have another honey mustard sauce as my son wAnted one and she said, that will be .75-even after buying 3 meals from them. I told her okay, I added that it would likely cost them the same amount to run my card again though. While I was annoyed that I could just grab a sauce and go, that had to re-ring me up for a sauce, a sign for it too. The other lady chimed in, " she is just doing her job". Well, if charging me an additional .75 and not thinking about what you are actually profiting from it while giving me a sass remark and Creatinf an unhappy customer is worth it, I just wont return to this DQ. I live by a DQ, and Ive never ever been charged for a simple honey mustard sauce and I would be inconvenienced by re-ringing me up and signing for a sauce. Clearly that didnt make sense and getting a rude remark will cost more than a sauce now. This DQ wont be a pit stop for us anymore-too much attitude and no common sense.

Worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to. A couple friends and I went there 5 minutes before closing and were told that we could not be served because the grill was already shut off. When asked if we could just have ice cream we were very rudely told that the ice cream machine was "shut off already" (I was not aware that they turned off the ice cream machine every night...). On the top of that, it was the owner of the store that suggested that we go to McDonalds or somewhere else if we wanted food. The customer service is horrible as is the quality of the food. I will certainly never be going to this Dairy Queen again.

Every time I come here it ends in disappointment. Food and ice cream takes forever and all employees are barely smarter than a 5 year old. They dont care about the upside policy when serving blizzards. Probably because they never make them thick enough. And dont go in there hoping for a 5 buck lunch that comes with ice cream. I ordered a 4 piece chicken and was charged 5.99 even after I asked if they still offered $5 lunches (they did) so now they have a very pissed pregnant lady.

Went in for a snack on 8/7/17 at around 3:30. If I could give it less than one star, I would. Incredibly rude service, and the blonde female working in the kitchen didnt wear gloves and didnt wash her hands as she threw the raw burgers onto the stove, and then proceeded to make them. Disgusting and disappointing.

Horrible service... very simple ice cream cone orders and couldnt get it right & then the Banana split looked like my 2 year old grand daughter made it...the kid helping us was training another kid...help them both!!
