Positive Outlook

Very disappointing . 10:38am The atmosphere felt like Doom and Gloom. Employees looked very sad. Avocado burger was also disappointing. Most most of the ingredients were over to one side, stacked together and nothing was on the Burger pad. Very stingy with vegetables. Almost non-existent. One worker would sweep and mop in circles,never wiping a table.he would chat with customers while they try to eat. he would leave the mob,a and broom in the way of customers and hed e sweep under their feet. Manager scolded an employee in front of all the customers.it was very un professional. Women bathroom. Toilet seat is loose and not all the way on the sewer cap.. The grout is falling from the tiles in many places. I will visit in the future,and keep you posted of any changes. Hopefully for the best.

Houston Aquarium Warehouse

They hold a promotion benefiting the Houston Food Bank. The promo states donate a $1 to the Houston Food Bank but an order of french fries and a 32oz drink get a Whataburger for free. According to the general manager thos is not what he was instructed to do. He said you will get the free Whataburger on your next visit.i called Whataburger main office on Sunday and left a message. It was the following Tuesday when i heard back Was told he called me @9:30 pm Sunday.phone did not so a missed call Said he was sorry and he would donate $1 in my name to the HFB. Wemt back today and was told the same story Sorry Whataburger in atascocita on 1960 you lost a loyal customer.

Soooo slow....I get theyre making it fresh but you didnt even get my order right. 4 out of 6 burgers were wrong(cook or baggers fault) Milk shakes are great! The Root beer milkshake- only thing I will go back for...but not this location. Approx spent 25mins from walking in to walking out. The highlight was cashier on Nov 23rd register all the way to left closest to kitchen around 630p. Was one of the most pleasant efficient and consistent cashiers I have ever seen in fast food. I even witnessed her bag food bring out fresh ice tea and speak to customers in between serving back to back customers. Good job to her.

Worst experience at a Whataburger ever. The A/C was blowing so hard, napkins, straw wrappers, bags, etc. were blowing off the table. The kids were shivering. I was trying to shield the food from the blowing cold air to keep it hot (without success). I had asked for someone to adjust the A/C before the food arrived and was told the manager would be informed. After the food arrived, I asked again. While trying to eat, my daughter asked again. The person at the counter said she told the manager but took no further action to relay to management our discomfort. Completely unhappy with the situation.

I dont know why but theres a security guard that walks around the drive-thru at night. This location seems to have hired a private security service. The guy banged on my window tonight and told me to pull forward. I wasnt even 1 1/2 feet from the car in front of me. He kept trying to peak through the tent in my window. Also the staff consists of managers that are well experienced with customer service and teenagers that are either rude or bad at taking orders. Or both. :::Avoid this location:::

HORRIBLE!!!! Usually it is OK but today I hated it. I waited in the drive through for 30+ minutes!! The lady who brought out the food kept bringing out the wrong orders repeatidly. Other people were getting irritated too. All in all I never got my food and asked for my 15 dollars back. AND IT TOOK THEM 5 MINUTES JUST TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!! Wow just wow. I wish I could give it 0 stars Google really needs to add that!!

If it wasnt for Fried Pies and decent shakes and good french fries, Whataburger would just get about two stars. Their hamburgers are big, but they are salty as all get-out, and way over cooked. Whataburger is not all that it is cracked up to be. I would much rather have an in and out in my neighborhood or even better yet a Tommys Burgers. But I realize this is Texas good food is hard to come by.

I usually dont five fast food 4 stars but they have some amazing customer service at this location. The food quality is above average comoar3d to other Whataburgers. If you are not familiar with Whataburger they dont keep tons of extra food on hand. So the drive through is a little slower than other fast food chains. Any Texan will tell you it is worth the little extra wait time

I love that the food is always hot and fresh. Sometimes if we wait like 10 minutes they give us pies and cookies for waiting. And its not a problem for us to wait at all! Theyre always so nice and quick with everything. We havent had any problem with getting the wrong food or food missing at all really. The food is always great quality as well.

It was our first visit to a Whataburger. We were greeted by the friendly cashier but when our order was delivered, we only got half of what we ordered. After pointing it out to one of the servers, she quickly rectified it and gave us extra fries. They were quite apologetic. Clean and friendly location. Food was filling!

Worse customer service ever, I had to wait too long for my chicken strips and then those came out burned... the person at the register seemed like she didnt want to work that night, like whatever!!!! I asked for my refund and then the manager didnt want to give me my receipt. Im not coming back. Terrible service.

Just wanted to say thanks... for the cold, stale burger you gave me with no mustard, mayo, or ketchup. Honestly, if you want to keep your franchise, step it up a notch. This is the third time I got lousy food at this location. The guy below, Aristeo, is a shill that works there. Nobodys buying your BS, buddy.

This places gets the drive through orders wrong all the time. If you can find another Whataburger or different restaurant nearby please skip this place, its not worth it. The wait times are ridiculous, Ive seen better at other Whataburgers. And the food is not even warm let alone hot. Bad all around.

Best service than other whataburger the staff is friendly. I agree it does take a little bit but is fast for the amount of cars that go through. Foot is satisfying enough if not happy i go in and they resolve my problem immediately and with true sensirity

When it Texas, this is a must have. Its good, greasy and loaded full of bad calories. However you dont go there for health reasons. You go there for the the tasty burgers. If you are trying to lose weight you dont say, "Hey lets go to Whataburger".

I have eaten at other Whataburgers and they were good. I have been through the drive-thru once in this one and it was horrible. My food was cold and the bacon stiff like it had been sitting for a while. Smash Burgers were way better!

Guys are always busy. I usually give whataburgers 5 stars but not once have I spent less than 30min at this location in drive-thru. I actually got off once to order inside and it lasted just as long. That being said I love whataburger!

They tried to put a cofee lid on a cheap styrofoam soda cup and I ended up drenched in cofee on my way to work. The lid comes off if you hold the cup upside down while its empty, I dont know what they were thinking.
