I bought food here yesterday, and it used to be my favorite place. However, I found a piece of plastic in my food. As someone who has been working fast food for 2 years, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, and I called them about the situation so that they can be aware that their food has plastic remenants and other CONTAMINANTS! This is a major food and health safety violation. When I called, the person who answered the phone was extremely rude. She basically just question me, implying that I was just trying to get free food even when I rejected the free entrée offer. When I told her that I was just concerned about the food health and safety violation, she implied that I was stupid, and said that "oh its probably just from the plastic bag the food came in, its not that big of a deal." I do not want to eat at a place that considers food health and safety violations as something that is not a "big deal". People have gotten sick and even died from contaminants like this. Its food safety 101. Now I am seriously beginning to doubt if any of these people have their food handlers licenses.

Out of ALL the Panda Express restaurants in the McAllen area --- THIS is the one that makes the BEST food. They dont skimp out on portions, the food is always fresh and perfectly cooked. And the customer service is wonderful ---- they are very patient when you change your mind at the last minute and add more items to your order. Love it here!!
