Baby i wanted to like this place but after an encounter with a QUEEN named James i was totally turned off from it. First of all a young lady was taking my order and becuz this guy felt the nerve to be FLAMBOYANT he had the audacity to say when i was trying to decide that i wanted a burger that I WANTED ONE WITH THE BIG MEAT on it. Now this can be percieved as a sexual natured comment. The guy was named James and he was a punk becuz i confronted him about the comment and he ran out of the building like a little sissie. But he heard me. I told him No i think im gonna go with the small meat and im the one paying for it so it dont concern u. Then he was like thats what they all say. Then i said. What do u mean by that. Do u have a problem. And i reported it to his supervisor. Now the sissie has stopped working there or didnt show up for work

Door greeter was great but the waiters & waitresses need some work ( not all Ive only had 2 so far) but Ive only eaten in there 2 times, After they served us they never came back to the table I ran out of water half way threw my meal so did the table next to us 3 people there were out of water had to ask for some. Great food but bad service will keep people away. When we pay for food & tip the server we expect to get what we pay for. Fix some of your problems or you will lose customers Ive had 3 people tell me the service sucks so far and I wasnt with them they were friends that ate there at different times. This is a small town word gets around real fast it can ruin your business I know Ive been involved with businesses for 40 years here. Thanks

Service is lacking. I know this is their first official week open but the service is lacking, especially at the bar. There are far too many people working to have such slow service. And dont expect the burgers to look like whats advertised. The taste was great! But you can seriously get the same thing at Jucys burger around the corner and probably for less. I guess I was expecting it to be a step above but...it was okay. The fries, although bottomless, took forever to come so they ended up not being so bottomless. The bar tenders still have to read the book to make drinks which is fine but unfortunately my drink was watered down. Hopefully they will get better over time.

This was our 2nd visit. This server was much better than our first. At least she was around. My bar drink didnt come out until after our meal was served and it wasnt right. There were 5 of us and eventually we got one basket of fries that may have had 8 fries in it. Every time we asked for more, we were told its the kitchens fault...I ordered them. Since this is your signature item...bottomless fries...I expect that they would be continually available...kinda like chips and hot sauce at a mexican food restaurant. Theyre not. Youre told theyre coming but never do. Our food orders were only partially correct. i could go on and on.

My friend and I were looking for somewhere new to eat for lunch. We had read the reviews that the service was bad but the food was just okay. We visited the restaurant and were seated right away. The waitress that attended us informed us that she would not be our permanent waitress but notified us of our waiter that would join us promptly. She brought our drinks and was kind enough to break the menu down since we had not been there before. Very knowledgeable. The food was spectacular. Best fried pickles ever. Service was top notch. Want to return asap to take my grandchildren. Highly recommend.

The service was great. Maritza took very good care of us but unfortunately the food was just not what I expected...The sweet teas were watered down so was the Dr. Pepper and the burger wasnt very good like i had wanted it to be. They had messed up the order and had to take it back to correct it and they also messed up my fathers order as well. Overall, the burger was okay i got the cheeseburger while my father had the bacon cheeseburger we werent very satisfied with the food itself. Im not sure if i will be returning back due to the prices not matching the food served at our table.

My employees and I won an award at work and received a free lunch anywhere we wanted. My guys decided Red Robin because one guy had eaten at a Red Robin in San Antonio and said it was great. We each ordered a burger with "Some Pink" on the website. When I got back to work with the food the meat on all the burgers was so overcooked the patties were completely black and crunchy. We only get 30 minutes for lunch or I would have taken it back. The rest of the meal was good, but not the $15 hamburger I was expecting. Will probably not visit this place again.

The hostess was very kind but that was the only good thing about my experience. I had been excited to try this new restaurant for weeks, but was sadly more than just let down. Service was very slow, bottomless drinks werent so bottomless when they take over 10 minutes to refill a simple drink, the food was wallmart quality. I ordered the chicken and shrimp (for over $13.00) and got 2 pieces of subpar chicken and 4 dollar tree quality shrimp. I am not a picky eater but when I spend money on a meal I expect quality. Very let down and will not go again.

Unfortunately, the Longview Red Robin doesnt seem to be off to a great start. Ive been twice and the experience has just not been good. The first time they were out of about 8 menu items. The problem is they didnt seem to have a contingency plan, they just keep telling us they were out every time we asked. A manager came by the table but only to say it was because theyve been so busy. No real apology or attempt to make us want to stay or come back. My second visit was good, not great. Ill need some solid convincing to give it a third go.

Ava- Cobb salad. Tasted great, but what is with all 4th veggies chopped up like baby food. 2nd time in 2 days at two diff restaurants. Come on people. We want to see the ingredients and eat our fave especially when you get a boatload of greens. I know there was one egg, at least two slices of avocado about 2 T of bacon and bleu cheese and about I counted six 1/4" squares of tomato . did have a nice. Pc of chicken. Not worth $11.

1st. I ordered a shake and the ice cream machine was broken. 2nd I asked for pink center, the meat was well done. 3rd. There was no mustard on the table 4th I went to another table to get catsup. 5th. The serving of fries was extremely small and I was finished with my burger before the refill of fries were delivered. The waitress was very nice, but the delay in food preparation took away from a pleasant eating experience.
