I have been here twice before. Great experience.. Before... But I send feedback via website page.. because of a hazard and to say what great meal we had. i dont know if it was received but it was never acknowledged. bought friends here tonight who were on vacation.. awful experience.. our appetizer we ordered never showed up. The salad dressing was wrong twice..all the stones came out too hot. Our steaks were burning we couldnt eat it fast enough.... One entrée was supposed to have shrimp on. Came with none. My friends side was missing... Mashed potatoes were lukewarm. Spoke to a female manager with blonde hair who we were told later. We didnt charge your for the appetizer.... I should hope not Seeing as we didnt get it... Took my steak off the bill.. yes I didnt eat it because it was burnt.... Took the shrimp off... Not a good experience at all. We were embarassed by this experience. And seeing as we could have eaten anywhere but drove all that way to have a really lovely unique experience... What a disappointment. I have money to spend and dont mind if the food is good. Everything went wrong tonight. I personally feel we were not valued.

I took my staff here for a birthday dinner for one of my employees. The overall experience was pretty disappointing. The meat was obviously of good quality and tasted good, however, there were major problems with every thing else. We waited somewhere between 30-45 minutes between the time our salads and our meals came out. The lobster mac & cheese was cold when it came out with the steak, and had to be sent back to be warmed up. When it came back warm, it became apparent that they did not use real cheese, because it dissolved into macaroni and oil. My green beans were completely raw and tasteless so I sent them back. They were raw when they came out the second time too. Another person in our party ordered the Land and Sea combo with the sea bass, but it was also very oily/greasy so she could not finish it. They did not charge us for the raw green beans (I should hope they wouldnt; we didnt eat them) and gave us a comp card for a free appetizer, but I am not sure if I will be back, to be honest.

Came here for Easter, with reservations. We were told, even with our reservations it was about a 25 minute wait to be seated. Once seated, the didnt bring us a chair that we had asked for, for the car seat, at all during the time. They gave us a complimentary mimosa card, good for one per guest, but it still took all of our drinks about 15 minuted to arrive. We ordered food, that also came out after 20 minutes, with most of it cold or wrong. We also got a fruit bowl and scrambled eggs (that we didnt order but the guy decided to leave it wothg us afterward). We had ordered a cappuccino at the beginning and it didnt come out until halfway through eating - and out was bitter and tasted sour, with the milk looking like it had just been left there. The strata was mostly bread, with not a lot of filling. The eggs were too liquidy. The server was nice and very helpful when he could be, but over all, I would not come back. For the price and the experience, not worth it.

Ducked in with the Sis and Diamond Greg and Cousin Josh and crew for dinner and it was a fine time, heres why: * Cool thing with the cook rock and all but my steak was still pricey for me cooking it. * Cool decor * Great service * Hottie servers! * Go-To place for 1st date or impress her-night, though, as evidenced by the other customers. I shouldve done what my sister did and got something cooked for me. Otherwise you overpay to cook. Whats the point in that? I had fun because I was with family and friends, and that is how I roll. But the happiest person at the table was my birthday-girl sister, who happened to be the only person who chose not to cook her own grub. I tried her Lobster Pasta (pictured) and it rocked. And it was cheaper than my steak. 6 people, copious cocktails, a couple appetizers and 6 entrees equals $450 including tip. Cabeza OUT. And smellin like flat-white rock lava-splatter. Go-To place for 1st date-night, though.

This one of the worst restaurant experiences our family has had. We heard it was good and live near by and decided to try it out. Food took forever to come out good hour and half + just to get our meal and we were second guest in restaurant when it opened. When we finally got meal didnt get all stuff were missing half of meals...Sons pasta was hard and cold and had some foreign piece of what we think was plastic in it....Asked 3x for mayonnaise for our steak sand and burger and tarter sauce took half any hour to get it by that time food was cold ...one of Sons was missing fries and the other mashed potato it finally came after we all had finished are meals along. We had been out of soda for awhile and took for ever just to get a refill...Then getting waitress to come back to pay bill took another 30 min... Horrible service....Food was pretty good when we finally got it, but we will definitely not be going back.

Ive been thinking about this place since we left it. If you are a meat lover, this is the place to enjoy a good meal. Cook your meat to your perfection and enjoy it at a perfect temperature. We had the black rock special,,, num, num, num... yummy, yummy yummy... I so recommend this place, disregard the lower ratings special if people are complaining about cooking their own meat!!!! Thats what this place is about, it takes couple of minutes to get the meat cooked and its so easy and fun. Now stop reading and start heading to this place ;) One last note, dont distract yourself with taking photos when your dish gets to the table, you might over cook it from one side, have someone else take em...

Server was sweet and friendly, but the food was disappointing. The onion soup was basically salty brown water with undercooked chunks of onion (not at all like a quality, thick, French onion soup we expected), the lobster claw in the bisque was so overcooked and shriveled that it was nearly inedible. The kobe burger was stacked so large it was impossible to eat, and both were ordered "rare" and came out very well done and dry in the middle -- a crime against what should have been really great, juicy, tender beef. Total waste for the price. Again, the server was sweet. It wasnt her fault the kitchen needs massive training.

We went on Mothers Day (today) and had a terrible experience. We made reservations but when we got there, we were told there would be a 30 minute wait to be seated. We actually waited an hour. The appetizers came out in a reasonable amount of time but we waited over an hour for the dinners without so much as an apology from the manager...He just looked at us like a deer in headlights then slinked away without saying a word. Some of the people at our table never got their sides, yet they were charged full price. Needless to say, we wont be coming back. EDIT: The manager came back at the end of our meal and gave us a discount.
