The food is refreshingly healthy and fresh, prepared to order and very tasty. We ordered quite a few dishes to try and were impressed with most of them. It’s nice to be able to have traditional Indian dishes without all the cream and butter. Even the Samosas were not too greasy. Most dishes we ordered were non-dairy and mild, although the Shrimp with Vindaloo was of course somewhat spicy. The Raita was spot-on and did the trick to cool the slight burn. Yellow Dal soup was fantastic as was the Chickpea with Kadahi sauce. Mixed vegetable with non-dairy curry sauce was so-so, might be better with a different protein. Its nice to have the choice to mix your protein with the sause. We ordered one dish with a creamy Tikka Masala sauce and choose goat on the bone to go with it. It was our absolute favorite dish! The meat is lean but so tender and tasty! Also were impressed with the tender Chicken Tandoori. We waited quite a while for our food but when it came it was well worth the wait. This is definitely more catered to take out so call ahead and order or they have a $5 box you can take with the 3 selected buffet dishes of the day, rice and naan. This will definitely become a regular stop.

Okay folks its like this...if you want the best you have to be patient. This Indian street food is the freshest, tastiest, healthiest and best around. They cook every order from scratch so PLEASE be patient. If people start rushing them they might change something -- oh God no! Their curried goat -- options are boneless or on the bone -- is out of this world. If you order boneless you will get more meat, of course. We ordered it "with bones" with "mothers curry" because thats how they serve it in Jamaica (which has a large Indian population) and thats where we realized there is no better meat in the world...WOW!!!!! Also, their dough they use to make their Samosa--which is stuffed very full, not like some with air pockets--is the best dough Ive had since the the famous beignets from Café Du Monde in the French Quarter of New Orleans.

Im pretty sure this is hands down the worst Indian food Ive ever eaten in my entire life (thats saying a lot, weve lived in multiple small towns that served food 50 time better than this), the lady at the front was super nice tho. However, good customer service does not excuse the fact that the Butter Goat and Chicken Korma were incredibly watery, also the lack of meat in a 16oz container of basically soup stunned my family. The amount of spices, well there didnt seem to be any spices to be honest. The base for the butter goat was defiantly Campbells tomato soup, like seriously, it was exactly the same, as Ive eaten it for over 20 years every time Ive been sick. They need to reform this style of cooking and the entire aesthetics of the restaurant was chaos, and cobwebs... Yeah save your money.

I have had Indian food on several occasions and their food is just ok. I waited a hour for my food and was told there was to be a 30 minute wait because there was just ONE order ahead of mine. There was no one in the restaurant. That is unacceptable in my opinion. I was told that the reason it takes so long is because its made from scratch but the food didnt taste made from scratch it was watery and soupy. The portions are small I order a large Malai Kofta and there was only 4 potato paneer balls in it. Not a lot of flavor either. I wont be coming back I find it strange that your Facebook rating is 4.8 yet your google review ratings are much lower like a 3 and most people are making the same complaints as I am.

This was the worst indian food Ive ever had. I ordered chicken tikka masala; the sauce was watery and tasted like it was made from Maruchan chicken ramen flavor packets. Their yellow rice with peas was flavorless and their lentil roti was dry and tasted like paper. I wouldnt be surprised to learn that all this food was bought frozen at some market, thawed, and served. I have no idea how they had such good reviews.

This is my absolute favorite Indian food in the area. Everything is made from scratch and the flavor is to die for. That being said, order before you are starving as the wait is real. But I promise it is worth it. I have tried 4 different curries, rice, Samosas, drinks and a handful of dishes and whatever I get ends up being my new favorite. I have done meat and vegetarian options, you literally cannot go wrong.

Its sad to say that we were not satisfied with the taste of any dishes made. We ordered Veg Biriyani and Chettinadu Chicken, both were not at all up to the mark.. Chettinadu kitchen was watery. Biriyani was not made of some other type of rice which tasted bad and odd veggies which are not used in biriyani..Cannot call these as Indian food at all..One star for the service, but needs drastic improvement in taste

Food is great but the wait can get bad. They seem to get overwhelmed by even the slightest uptick in business. The last time, I was given a 45 minute estimate over the phone and wound up waiting well over an hour in total. If youve got some time to kill, it really is great food, but the speed of service just...is what it is.

First visit : Impressive taste. Tried Paneer Makhni and roti , it was pretty good (if paneer makhni is bad in a restaurant, you dont have to try other things) . the concept is new, $5 for 3 items thing, but I just ordered off of the menu. There is no buffet here. Over all, I am going here again to try other items

The food is very good but they are cheap with the portions. I ordered a large goat on the bone for $9. There were four bones with virtually no meat at all. Unbelievable! They know what their doing. We complained and she gave us a small portion of chicken and spinach from the $5 selections.

Tried the $5 food box. Chicken curry tasted like chicken soup. When will Indian restaurants incorporate some good values of America --->Please be friendly and respectful to customers and keep your chairs, tables, floors and bathroom CLEAN. Someone said cleanliness is next to godliness.

These meals are worth the wait. They take their time and cook with care. I love everything about this place -- the smiling greetings, family-run authenticity, calm/simple/spacious atmosphere, cleanliness, and especially the taste of their amazing health-conscious food.

Amazing, healthy, delicious! The potato cauliflower was the most flavorful and tasty version of this dish Ive ever had! Prices cant be beat too. The wait for something other than the $5 lunch box (amazing deal) is the price you have to pay for this level of freshness.

The food and friendly service is wonderful. We have been happy and surprised every time. Its not a good place to sit and dine in anymore like it used to be but the food is amazing still. If you need take for one or a whole family, this is the place!

The only reason Im giving it one star is because I cant go lower. This is, hands down, the worst Indian food Ive had in America and maybe even in all my global travels. The food was watery and unfamiliar compared to what it shouldve been like.
