I convinced two friends to try Indian food for the first time with me, in the end they werent pleased but I liked it. Most of it was way spicier than the American junk sorts of foods were used to, so not surprising. The malai kofta is awesome, and not too spicy so I definitely recommend it. My friends ordered chicken curry and said it was much too spicy, and the chicken that came with the appetizer plate tasted like it was reheated leftovers. (I assume it was either the chilli chicken or the chicken 65; honestly we had no clue what we were getting when we ordered because they dont specify what you actually get with the other courses) With my appetizer plate I received baby corn Manchurian which tasted good but has some extremely hot peppers in it. Like I had to stop eating and just drink water for a while. They only serve water besides lassi and masala buttermilk, so that was different. Also our server almost only spoke to the one male in our party. I dont know if thats a cultural thing or what. All in all I would go again, but my friends refuse to. $9.99 for what I was told was a mushroom soup of some sort, an appetizer plate of rice with baby corn Manchurian and what I assume was aloo palak, naan, malai kofta, and gulab jamun (kinda bland) for dessert. Portions were small by American standards, but youre getting 4 courses and we all ended up taking food home.

I have only visited once, so I cannot in good conscious give it 5 stars as consistency is what makes an establishment a five star for me. That said, it was clean, the staff was diligent and friendly, and the lunch special was tasty. I needed my Indian food itch scratched and this place was exactly what I was looking for. The prices are fair and the food was well executed, I am however not an Indian cuisine snob, so as long as everything is fresh and the portions are reasonable Im a happy camper. Ill definitely be going back in the future to try some of the other offerings. If things stay the same on the next few visits Ill give it a "5 star".

This was the first time I had indian food since we moved to Michigan, and man, did we pick the right place! The lunch special is an incredibly good deal with soup, app, naan, main dish, rice and a side for $10. The food was flavorful, with different spices standing out in each dish. We ordered medium spice and it was perfect, we could eat and enjoy it while still having our sinuses clear out. We got 2 lunch specials, an order of samosas and a glass of lassi for $28. I now have a reason to go to canton besides ikea. We will definitely be back. Wonderful!

1. Food is Tasty. Because I do have a benchmark which is their other location in Farmington hills, I can say the food is below par in that comparison. In Canton, this is the best Indian place hands down. 2. Price - Reasonable. $9 a dish. Nothing to write here. 3. Service - very good 4. Quantity - Less,. much less. Much less than an average person would like for dinner. We were 2 and we had to order 3 main dishes. I hope they improve on this aspect.

Glad that they finally opened up in Canton area. Their menu offers a blend of North and South Indian cuisine. Their chilli idli is outstanding. I have also heard my friends praising about their mouthwatering special biryani. In complement to delicious food offering they provide quick and prompt services. If you are in area and looking for a quick bite try out Namaste without any hesitation.

Namaste Flavors is a great addition to Canton community. The variety of food choices are really great. We had Veg. Biryani, Chicken Biryani, Chole Bhature. They could improve their service quality. We had to call for silverware and water when a friend joined us after we sat down. The food tastes really good that is what matters.

I love the butter chicken. Its consistent and delicious. Water and Lassi are only drinks during lunch. Its a great value. The woman server is very patient and knowledgeable about ingredients. Lol helpful for people trying new foods who are intimated.

The food was fantastic and the staff is very friendly. I had the lunch special and it had just the right amount of spice. You get plenty of food in the lunch special, so you dont need to worry about going to a buffet. This is now my go-to spot.

Good For the Lunch Thali. Better than a buffet and sufficient quantity food with quality. I do not like the Biryani here. It really feels like vegetable fried rice with Gobi Manchurian in it. Service is great and consistent.

Ambiance is good. Unlike in Farmington branch, Special chicken biryani is very bad; its bland. Even after you give feedback and request change, they deny and say its always like that. Regular chicken biryani is ok.

nothing similar compared to Namaste Flavors in Famington hills. Service is good but doesnt compensate for the below avg taste of food, especially if you go in expecting to get the same flavors as the other one.

Fantastic Indian cuisine. This location is brand new, the dining room is very modern but with the quality of their food I think it might fill up too fast! This family owned restaurant is worth a visit.

Clean, and food was tasty but portion was way to small, and the food was way over priced. I will not go back, and I definitely will not recommend.
