This was the first time I tried the cake at the hapay mixer and it was delicious! I have tried other gluten free bakeries in the past and it was so so; the cake was moist, tasty and so was the buttercream icing. Even my family who complained about me picking up a gluten-free cake said they loved it and kept remarking how delicious it was. This will be my number one place to get my gluten-free pastries and I want to try their bread!

The Happy Mixer supplies us with our sandwich rolls and cinnamon raisin bread on a weekly basis. Our favorite special treat is their lemon glazed pound cake, which we slice and top with a berry sauce. None of our gluten-eating guests ever guess that its a gluten-free treat. Our granddaughter never turns down a chocolate cupcake from The Happy Mixer. We are really grateful to have this gluten-free bakery so close to home!

Ever since I tried the first cupcake here my husband and I have been hooked. I have ordered birthday cakes for two years in a row and each time they are accomodating, and exceed my expectations even when my requests are a little non conventional. This is by far the best bakery Ive ever been to gluten free or no, and as long as I live in this area it will be me go to place.

Absolutely LOVE this bakery. I stop in all the time for muffins, cookies, and donuts. For all of our parties we get a custom cake made and each time they surpass our expectations. They are the only bakery my entire family uses now! The staff and owners are also a pleasure to deal with! Cant wait to eat more!

Half of my family is gluten free but we ALL love the birthday cakes. The monkey bread and lemon pound cakes are fantastic as well.... I must say, I never had anything from the bakery that wasnt top notch! The employees have always been helpful and friendly.

Everything from here is 100% gluten free and 100% DELICIOUS! Absolutely the best gluten free cakes I have ever had and I have been gluten free a long time. They also have other yummy GF treats like sticky buns, cookies, cupcakes, muffins and brownies!
