Overpriced. Ordered 3 burgers (for around $7 each shouldve included fries and a drink), 1 hot dog, 1 double concrete, and 1 small shake. Total: $45 The burgers were good but the $4.50 hot dog tasted like a freezer dog. They got my concrete wrong I ordered a double half and half with choc truffle cookie dough and they gave me all vanilla in a single cup. The guy at the register was leaning against the wall and did not know the menu well and he compared the concrete to blizzard which degrades the franchise. I saw another employee pretending to collect trays and he was leaning against the wall and playing on his phone forcing guests to excuse themselves and walking around him. Overall overpriced and bad customer service.

I was looking forward to trying this place out, since we do not have them back home. My husband had tried this place out twice and talked it up. I also know that Alton Brown likes Shake Shack. Well, although the food was good, the service sucked. I placed my order and paid before my husband did. My buzzer went off before we started to grab a table. My husband walked up and there was nothing there. A few minutes later, his went off. Along with several others. After a few more minutes, my husband walked up and asked about my order. It took over 10 minutes from the time I paid to get my food. I wouldnt recommend coming here. Their service is horrible and the attitudes about our service were even worse.

My co-workers and I ordered shake burgers and our burgers were disgustingly raw to the point we could not stomach them and wasted our money. They did not ask us how we would like our burgers cooked. One co-worker requested his well done, had a sticker labeling it was cooked well done, however when he bit into it, it was so raw it mooed...but seriously it was very raw. I use to enjoy shake shack but after these experiences me and my co-workers will not revisit this location for lunch or dinner or ever.

Ive been to the KOP shake shack many times, and never had a problem. The food is always delicious, hot, and fresh. I highly recommend the combination of a smokeshack burger, cheese fries, and as black and white milk shake. My only complaint is that the food is quite pricy, however its worth it for the quality behind it. I also appreciate the steps they have taken to use non GMO foods when possible, aswell as alternative energy sources. Highly recommend for hanging out with friends.

I came here today and had a GREAT experience! The food is always amazing but this time I noticed something different. The manager Isaac was going around and introducing himself and even took my trays! He asked me how my food was and how I was doing today with a great smile on his face. Its great service like that, that keeps me coming back! Oh and I tried the peanut butter malt shake today for the first time and it was fantastic!! This place has great food and great service!!!

Awful customer service. I ordered a shroom burger, they give me a cheeseburger. I bring it back and the manager comes over to change the order, makes me pay the difference and then makes me wait in line again behind the other orders. When we were eating outside the employee that cleans the area would not leave us alone about taking trays and then full on yelled at us when we threw a french fry in the bushes telling us we were disrespecting him. Bad experience, food was good.

By far the best burger around. I have had all of the competitions burgers and Shake shake is by far the best. The burgers are cooked to order, the bacon is so good and fresh and I love that they serve crinkle cut fries. I come here often and have to say the KOP location has great employees and they do a great job! I usually get The Shack Shake burger and fries and then get a Peanut butter milk shake for the road.

I went to the one in the "new" part of the KoP mall. Just down from Tiffany and Cartier and Gucci and Louis Vuitton. It is a better deal for a better burger than 5 guys, and faster, and the fries looked better too, though I didnt have them. The 50/50 (aide/tea) was watery and not worth it given that I have made a better from any old soda fountain mix, for shame for 2.50 for that.

They were very friendly, helped clean up, gave our kids free ice cream when they found out we were traveling long distance, and helped dig through the trash when our youngest tossed her bottle, and then he cleaned it for us. Very friendly. They did not ask us to review but their friendliness made us want to return favor. Oh and the food and frozen custard were delicious!

Four stars, ONLY because everything is ridiculously expensive. The food is great, employees very attentive and friendly, establishment is very clean and well maintained. When I have gone with my kids, often an employee will bring the food straight to my table, bring us water/condiments etc - and I never even have to ask for it! They are awesome. Very kid friendly.

I went to this location expecting the best burger in USA, but sadly is far way from that. The burgers are like any other mediocre burger in a chain restaurant and milkshakes are so badly served and presented, instead of that huge glass cup topped with cream, chocolate and a cherry, you are going to get a small white plastic cup. Where is that "better burger"?

My fiance and I First time visiting the shake shack located in king of prussia, we were met by cashier simply called himself "Kay" awesome personality and customer service. He was very patient as well as gave me his suggestions on what to try as my first order at the business. Definitely will be coming back with friends. Thank you again " Kay "

$40 !!!!! - double bacon cheese burger -single bacon cheese burger -fries -cheese fries - water - milk shake Seriously!!!?? What a waste of money, I rather have went to true kitchen across the parking lot for that price. SO disappointed, the women at the register was RUDE!!! Dont waste your time or money. Its not special at all.

I visited Shake Shack for the first time a few years ago in NYC. I was so happy to find one on our way though PA at the King of Prussia mall. The food was excellent - just like Id remembered it. We had a bit of a wait before we got our food but it wasnt a big deal. Everything was perfect. I wish we had these in Virginia Beach Va

Almost as good as McDonalds but meat dry (somewhat crunchy if you like it that way) and overpriced Menu mentioned tomatoes but none were present, nor were there any onions. The only condiment offered was a hot sauce. Expensive milk shake was quite small unlike at the recently closed Ruby Diner on the other side of the mall.

The food was good but when the patties are bigger at McDonalds than what they give you its ridiculous. I say this because 2 shakes, fries, and two burgers came to $30 and none of this was worth that. A small thing of fries, super small milkshakes, and burgers skinnier than some heels I own.
