Absolutely the best!! If you DONT try the hurricane roll you DONT know what u are missing out on. I drag people there from NY and LA (even 2 from asia) and they say its tops. Super FRESH fish. The ownership is great also. They have sent free ice cream over to my son. You have to love people that take PRIDE in their business and want you to leave happier then u arrived. Locals love this place and thats a big sign. I always kid they wont take my discover credit card but its all in fun. You really cant go wrong here. I drive across town for this place and the area is really nice. Around corner from starbucks if you like that.

Absolute worst experience ever. Food was undercooked, dripping with old grease, fish was spoiled, soy sauce was rancid and had visible oil in it, left all of us sick to our stomach. But the service was far worse; we were "served" by an older lady first, who refused to speak to us beyond taking a drink order and visibly disliked us. A younger girl (daughter, we suspect) helped us after and was talked down to by the other servers to the point of crying - absolutely uncalled for, she was wonderful and her customer service excellent. Do not go here, unless it is to offer this poor girl a better job. She deserves it.

We had pretty good service (repeat refills, attentive staff), but the food was lacking. I should note: did not have sushi - went for cooked/warm food because it was raining. Yakisoba was bland. Soba was overcooked (verysoft, Im used to NY restaurants doing it al dente, but I liked the broth). Tempura was very light and not the usual flakes. Bland. And the ramen tasted like chicken stock. The pork was chopped pieces (not char siu sliced) and the egg was so cooked it had a green layer around the yoke. I wish that it had been better.

Cute Japanese restaurant with lots of atmosphere. Service was excellent; very attentive and friendly. Sushi was fresh. I highly recommend the gyoza appetizer. The shoga yaki dinner was really different from anything Ive ever had at a Japanese restaurant; also recommended. Some items are reasonably priced, but some seem over-priced. Gyoza was a bargain, but $15 for a tiny eel roll seemed excessive.

The sushi was excellent! The rice is perfectly flavored, served slightly warm and fresh and it melts in your mouth, and the fish is cold and fresh and very tasty. I split a love boat for 2 and the sushi variety included conch, which is more uncommon in love boats, but it is one of my favorites. I even liked the tuna, which is rare for me. Would definitely go again!

We had a wonderful experience when we dined here. The menu has the usual options but we asked our waitress for suggestions and that introduced us to something great.. the isebella , mr. fox and party monkey ( i think) rolls , these were absolutely amazing. To finish it off we had mango mochi which was packed with flavor and the right amount of sweetness.

One of the best Japanese food Ive had in the states. My fiancee and I drive all the way from downtown Miami just to eat at this establishment. The service is top notch and the sushi is well prepared and always very tasteful. Will continue to return.

This place has always been amazing. We continue to come here, even living 30 minutes away. They never disappoint and always treat us like family. Also, best sushi, anywhere! Cucumber crab salad is a must.
