My girlfriend has loved Cupbop since discovering as a food truck, so we were excited to try the new location. The location looked great, seemed clean, and they chose the right area to be in. However, the restaurant was freezing inside, the food was subpar, and the amount of meat actually received compared to the price you pay is ridiculously low. They have a little TV showing their accomplishments and goals on Korean television, which is cool, and noticed one of their points of their permanent locations was to hire women particularly for the job. Im all for job equality but its much like Zupas and how they hardly hire anyone other than "pretty" women. Maybe try the place sometime and if you like this sort of food and can afford to pay extra for more meat on top of an already expensive meal, it may be for you. However, for most people in the surrounding area, it doesnt quite make their price range.

We are at the cup bop and it was one of the cleanest, friendliest, and best places Ive ever eaten. I had no problems going there. We went in placed my order and they got it just right. They let me and my grandma tried my bunch of different sauces and noodles. When we were done they give us our food and we started heading out. We forgot to tip them so I went back in to tip the very nice lady and she give us extra potstickers and said how nice we were. They werent like those other places were they said thanks and walked away and the thanks didnt sound sincere. I love cup bop and were gonna start going there often. GOOD JOB CUPBOP!!!

This is good food at a good price. For $8 to $10 you can have some delicious healthy food. The food is delicious and they have vegatarian options. Dont forget to try dessert. They have some delicious treats. The sauces go from mild to hot. 7 is pretty spicy. The meat choices are pork, beef and chicken. There is a choice fur two meats in your cup. Lots of different things to add to your cup to make it just the way you want. Next time your close you owe it to yourself to stop and give it a try. You wont be disappointed. Make sure you tell them your a first timer.

Was excited to try it for the first time, its kinda hard to get to the front because the tables were set up too close to each other un organized, and you have to squeeze through between people eating on their tables. Food was good, tried the Korean style friend chicken, I would come back if it was more filling, I was still hungry after finishing the bowl.. the food is not filled (over the top of the bowl) like in the pictures of the menu. I got like 5 pieces of chicken. For 7.85, there wasnt enough food to justify the price.

Cupbop started out as a food truck, which exploded into more food trucks and now restaurant locations are popping up all over the valley and i love it! The food is great, I love that I can pick the level of spiciness on my meal, I usually go for a level 6. This was the first time I stopped at a store location and it was so cute, the ceiling is even painted with cool cupbop art and everything was great. If you leave a tip they give you extra dumplings ;)

Great place for a quick and easy lunch! Theyre good about making sure that im aware of what is in everything (since Im vegetarian). Tofu is yummy and their sauces are delicious! My only complaint would be of the ordering process... They yell out every order and then the rest of the employees yell back. It was cute the first time but now its just stressful. Ive never eaten there, always take it to go.

I LOVE cupbop. My husband was introduced to their food by a co-worker. I was not interested to try it at first. My husband finally talked me into trying it and Im glad I did. It is delicious. You get a decent amount of food for a good price. The employees are always happy and friendly as well. I love that they have the 10 levels of spicy so you can find the one that is just right for you.

It is different and always delicious. I suggest getting the sweet spicy sauce if youre not into too much spicy. I get that and add a number 6, perfect flavor. I wish they had new items but hey why mess with perfection. Maybe doing a summer special menu would be aweso.r. This location has amazing people working. They always remember us and they are very friendly. Love them.

Great service! I had never been before so I got the 2 meat combo with pork and chicken and #4 sauce. The food was good, next time I would do without lettuce probably and I felt like it needed more veggies, rice and noodles were lots of carbs. It was fun to try something new and the store is clean and nicely decorated. It wasnt my favorite but a good experience overall.

I got a wrong order and the manager came and fixed it immediately, apologized and offered me some mandoo as an apology. He was great about the whole thing, even came and checked up on me after to make sure everything was alright. Ive gone back since and they havent messed up my order, theyre so fun to talk to and its worth the price.

The wait is FOREVER. If theres 5 people in line, will take a minimum of 20 minutes just to get through and get your food. Also, was served piece of beef that was hard as a rock. My fork cant even be used cause it was hard as a rock. Despite the fact they stated they have improved on food quality on Facebook, its definitely not.

Went here for the first time last night. The staff was so nice and helpful because I didnt know how or what to order. Management must treat their employees well because their customer service was excellent. And the food was even better. We will be regulars here in the future.

About the most obnoxious atmosphere I have ever been to at a restraunt. They yell out every order that goes through at the top of their lung s and every employee yells it back. The music is on full blast. It makes for a horrible dining experience. Dont plan on staying to eat.

Quick spot for a Korean bite to eat. Clean, nice layout, and good flow. Service was friendly and quick. Menu boards are easy to read and understand. Good for those of us who are visiting for the first time. Food tastes great and was fresh! We will be returning soon.

Great service, the staff was very friendly. The noodles, rice, and sauce were fantastic, but the meat was dry and disgusting. Not sure if its just cooked packaged frozen meat but thats what it tasted like, if they would make it fresh it would taste so much better.

I love Cupbop! I went by the west valley location yesterday evening at about 8:30 pm and Yvette was nice and helpful. She was so energetic. Her customer service was so awesome. I will go back not only for the food but cuz of her.

I LOVE CupBop, but this location is hard to get into because theres not that much parking and its in the parking lot for the Mall. It was hard to find, and we drove around forever to find a place to park. So tasty though!
