HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Ordered food for delivery last night. Paninis for my boyfriend and I. we payed 22 bucks for just flat hamburgers we couldve made at home. Called the restaurant to ask if it came with fries, since it came with them the first couple times Ive ordered from them. Paninis honestly werent that bad, but the woman who answered my call was insane. I asked for a manager and she wouldnt pass the phone to anyone. Then when I asked for her name, she refused and hung up. She was horrible, the bread on our sandwiches were burnt. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

I started eating here when I met my boyfriend whos from Brooklyn. He told me prepare myself for the best breakfast ever. Paphoss became a ritual for us since then. Everything is always fresh, fast and affordable. The diner isnt the largest but its not cramped either. I really love their burgers and sweet potato fries. The breakfast is a great reason to wake up. The service is iffy but honestly whatever I come for the food lol. When Im in Brooklyn I have to eat here.

I love this diner..I been going here since I was a teenager now I am 41 yrs old..I recommend anyone who wants a great meal and a peace of mind to go..The waitresses are wonder and attentive..My family and I eat here 4 times out the week when we want some home cook fresh food..The Chef is the best..Loves Paphos so much

I always go to this place cus its close to my house but the food is nasty. Last time I was there I ordered a breakfast plate with homefries and they were rotten, they even smelled bad. And its not the first time the food Ive gotten is rotten. Service is ok

we thought it was Eastern dinner but found different, great meal, spaghetti was resized to my sons size, my little daughter couldnt finish the burger although she liked it, real ice-cream, friendly service, would come again.

I ordered a burger and onion rings. The burger was one of those frozen patty things and the rings were all mushy and soggy. So was the bun, as was the lettuce. Totally unedible. I threw it out after 2 bites.

Food is great. However service is the worst. They charge extra to change the type of cheese you want on your omelette and the waitress couldnt remember our order and didnt even say thanks for the tip.
