This location is consistent with other PS locations in its friendliness, cleanliness, and speed of service. The only advantage Subway has over these guys, is maybe the price. Penns subs are a dollar or so more than the Jared equivalent, but as the subject of this review states, the sandwiches dont even compare. The "small" will fill you up, especially when paired with an order of fresh-cut fries. Penn takes a little more time, but thats because the food is actually being cooked--as opposed to nuked. Honestly, if there was a Penn Station East Coast Subs located near 15 & Crooks, I would go there for lunch at least three times a week--and order a Large so that I could have that for leftovers on the other days!

The guys that work here are awesome, a few of them stand out but I only remember Michaels name sorry guys! Once you come a few times theyll remember you, Michael knows what I want without me having to ask him and the food is good every time. Some sandwiches are a touch salty but that comes with the territory of a grilled cold cut sandwich, prices are a little high but quality of food is worth it. Been coming to this location for 12+ years now and its been good the entire time

The steak sub is sooo tasty, I have also had there chicken phili sub. also really good, as well as the Italian sub. Fries are also really good. Only problem is its pretty pricey for subs. There is really no value menus and if there are they are really no value. the menu is also not very kid friendly. They have 1 meal for kids an its $6.99. I thought that was REALLY high for a kids meal. Jimmy johns full subs w/pop and chips is around that price.

I drive here from linden MI weekly (50 min drive) for the delicious food and most recently there is an employee by the name of Rebecca who I have had take my order/checkout several times within the last couple of months who is downright nasty, she rolls her eyes everytime she takes my order and is constantly taking my order wrong Ive never had a problem with this location up until her employment , Im sure Im not the only one having problems. :(

Got a big penn and they forgot lettuce and pickles. Called and the manager on nights tonight accused me of taking the toppings off. Here is a photo of the one I split open and the other untouched half. This manager made snide remarks to me over the phone about everything including the hour wait for a hot sub. This place is horrible, Jersey Mikes all day.

Ive been eating at Penn Station restaurants for years now and this is the best one Ive found in Metro Detroit. The staff is always friendly and professional and very helpful. The subs here just always seem to be more full and better cooked than other stores. The philly cheese steak is to die for.. get it with the banana peppers, you wont regret it.

Ive been a patron here since the day it opened, what seems like forever ago. Im here reflecting on my previous visits and realize that I dont think Ive ever seen the dining area dirty. The tables and floor are always clean, trash is always maintained, the staff is always upbeat, and the food is ALWAYS amazing. Keep up the fantastic work guys!

This place is great - the prices are totally reasonable for the quality - I would gladly pay an extra dollar to avoid the subway quality garbage thats out there. The staff is pretty good, when the owner is there its great, at night it can be hit-or-miss. Overall the best place for subs hands down.

Ive had most subs on the menu and havent come across one that I wouldnt reorder. Best cheesesteak Ive had coast to coast...even in Philly. Staff is on point and you can tell the owner/staff truly care about cleanliness. There is something about their fries and lemonade that make me want more!

The first couple times i ate here the subs where pretty good. last few times ive stopped by the subs where soaked with grease. Also on my last visit the staff harrassed me for a tip. Do you not pay your employees? cant remember the last time i was shook down for a tip at a sub shop.

Great steak, ordered a steak sub with only onions. But when I got home and opened it I received a steak sub with onions, mushrooms, and pizza sauce. Orignaztion of orders needs to be improved for in person ordering.

I love Penn Station, I live right by this place and would go there for every meal if I was King Midas himself. So its a little pricey but the service is wonderful and the chicken teriyaki is incredible as well.

Great place to get geta quick bit to eat, if your on the go or want to sit down. The people are vary friendly from the time you walk in to the time you leave. Food is fresh and timely.

Love the artichoke sandwich with mushrooms and cheese - oh so good. Taste so much better than it sounds. You have to try just once. Phone your order in for quick service!

Best sub. Period. Can get busy during peak times, but they are pretty fast. Fries and lemonade are great. I always get the dagwood so I can build it however I want.
