Very disappointed with this BW3! I understand that there will be flukes and that accidents with orders happen; however, on more than one occasion I have received quite possibly the WORST (in the terms of saucing) wings that I have ever received from ANY establishment that specializes in "Wings." Upon receiving my order I noted the 55% sauce-less wings an immediately request additional sauce be delivered to the table. Which this time I actually took a photo of to send to their HQ as an example of the quality one should expect from this BW3. So, with that said, it is HIGHLY UNLIKELY that I would recommend going to this BW3 at this time. I, personally, will take the extra time and drive to the Moundsville BW3, or more likely just go to the Quaker Steak & Lube at The Highlands the next time I crave wings.

This place doesnt even deserve a single star . It took over an hour to get our food family of five three Hungry kids and two pissed off parents. It was way to laud music thumping in the background and food wasnt good for a new location it sucks . We will never eat at this location ever again . Manager isnt good at her job and the waitress we had didnt listen at all . Thank you buffalo wild wings St.Clairsville for ruining our family night out !

This is the third time that Ive eaten at the new location and Saint Clairsville Ohio and everytime I get boneless honey barbecue wings there is hair in them and then when I order a appetizer it comes after my main dish comes out the whole point of an appetizer is to get before your food comes out very disappointed at it says it became over here by the mall never had this problem when it was over by Walmart.

Buffalo wild wings… What else is there to say. I hope you like buffalo wings, because thats really all they have to offer. The rest of the menu is so bleak I cant even compare it to a hotdog shop. Because at least they have hotdogs. The fries are so small and burnt they make me long for crinkle cut Ore-Ida fries under cooked by my mother in my youth. The wings are great but literally that is about it.

Reformulated blazing sauce with ghost peppers, finally a chain restaurant not afraid of making something hot. I do like a sweeter hot but I cant complain. Loved the heat. Service was great, never had an empty glass in front of me without one standing beside it waiting. Ordered an appetizer and had it within 5 minutes. First class service from Alex she deserves a golden Buffalo.

The wings, beer, wraps, and cheesecake bites were tasty, our party had a nice secluded area, and the servers were attentive and professional. GPS/phone navigation was a problem here because it was so new. The building is accessible from the mall parking lot, down a road in the back. If you invite friends, be sure that they have good directions.

Stopped by after work 1 night to grab some wings and watch a bowl game. The place was packed but my waitress made sure I got a table with access to the game I wanted to watch. She even brought out a free sample of their new Havana Heat sauce to try. It is awesome! Great food and service! Definitely will be back!

They now have a no gun sign on there door. I have a permit to carry a gun in Ohio. I have passed a federal background check. I have taken a NRA. class. Now they wont let me in there store. I hope the thieves stop at the sign. It stopped me and im a law abiding person.

Cold food Mgr only reducd bill by $2 even though meal wasnt eaten .Servers look right thru you thats the only eye contact and acknowledgement .....Fried pickles were awesome and hot. A meeting with their servers on customer acknowledgement advised..

We had an amazing new server who got us a quiet place to talk and eat (on a Friday night!!) and even chatted us up there for a while! Because of this we stayed a good two hours and had an amazing time. Highly recommend this location!
