*Minus the robbery, I myself, as well as other waitresses and bartenders can have witnessed these very things. There are flies in the kitchen that fly in from the backdoor and land on the unprepared meats!! The cooks and prep cooks do NOT wear gloves or hair nets EVER and they have their own personal bathroom in the kitchen, straight across from the where the waitresses pick up the cooked food, behind the ice maker. The owner doesnt allow you to wear gloves while cleaning the bathroom either, and only rinses the tag with soap and water, rings it out, then throws it into an empty pan to dry and use the next day. The bleach water from the rags that soaked over night, is also reused, but for what?? The bar has a horrible case of fruit flies, due to the beer, and the only camera/camcorder that actually, ligitamity works, is ONLY in the bar, instead of at the register, although its posted behind the register in big letters, "SMILE, YOURE ON CAMERA!" Which had it worked, it could have helped the police identify the man who recently robbed Ming Dynasty on Sunday September 3rd, 2017, as well as other places in Lynnwood, according to the police! We were looking for a good restaurant to order from and were in a panic because our favorite Chinese place is no longer in Lynnwood, so we started looking around and found this place. Luckily their website has the entire menu so it was easy to order over the phone, a small fee for delivering outside of Everett and our food actually showed up at the time stated. When the food arrived everything was as it should be, perfectly seasoned fried rice with chicken so tender it was like a Kodak moment, awesome chow mien (no crunchy noodles, but still amazing), and tasty crab rangoons that arrived still crispy and warm. The sweet and sour sauce they serve with it was amazing as well. Obviously not the standard orange jell-o ladled form an economy sized bucket, it was sweet, with a tad bit of tang and tasted home made without congealing to an unappealing nasty glob of orange muck. The almond fried chicken was also a surprise, as well as the General Taos Chicken, which was spicy as the menu claimed it would be, but did not burn our mouths with too much fire. Over all, we will be ordering from them again.

My husband and I decided to order in one night. So we call in our order, the tell us it will be 45 minutes till delivery, half an hour later the call us back checking our address saying the went to the wrong apartment number. So with that we were expect the food fairly soon, thinking they were in the right complex. So 45 minutes rolls by, then an hour, so we call them up asking when they were going to deliver, they said it would be there soon. So 2 hours after we put the order in, the delivery guy finally shows up. We were already upset for waiting so long, plus were ready for bed, so we open up the bag, everything is soaking wet. There was a hole the size of a half dollar in the soup. So we call them up to tell them that we werent happy with the service, The women on the phone didnt seem to care at all, the only thing she offered us was to send us more soup. It about 10pm at this time, there was no way we would wait another hour or 2 for soup. This is one of the worst experiences for delivery I have ever had. I would never recommend this place, ever.

We have lived nearby for a long time and had never been there. Then one day we received a flier in the mail. So, after a long day my fiance and I decided to order some Chinese food. I have to say that is was not bad. In fact, it was better than I expected, but not great. The food came quickly and was nice and hot. The portions were very large. Then one day on my way home from work I decided to call in an order for pick-up. Now I know this is a Chinese restaurant in a strip mall in Everett so it is not like I was expecting an elegant establishment. What I did see was a dark, dingy, place. It looked so sad. The restaurant has a bar attached to it right off the main entry and it just seemed full of misery. It looked like one of those places people truly go to drown there sorrows. The restaurant was completely empty aside from one table and those in the bar, However, the food was still pretty good. So, feel free to order but I would never go in and dine there.

WOW. Dont offer online service if you dont even know how to use it! The worst experience ever. First, placed my order..at 12 noon, paid for it, then realized it said that my order wouldnt arrive until 4:30 PM! So I called, and they explained it was new, understandable...but waiting on the phone for a half hour while they tried to figure it out was ridiculous. Not to mention the fact that I paid online already and they tried to tell me that I didnt. Bank statements dont lie!! But theres more, when the delivery drive arrived, he tried to tell me that I had to pay the full price again! Communication maybe?? And to top it all off, I didnt even receive the rice that the menu says comes with it. When I called back, the lady said it doesnt come with rice if you order a certain menu item....which makes absolutely no sense. Horrible customer service, horrible communication...horrible experience in general. I assure you, Im not the stupid one in this case.

First, the food is always wonderful! Second, you couldnt ask for a nicer staff! I have eaten here often and taken family and friends, so I recommend them highly! The most recent experience was during yesterdays wind storm. I had ordered online for delivery. I had power, but only a block away from me, they didnt. They called and we cancelled my order due to their being unable to cook. Today I saw that the amount of the order had been deducted from my bank account, so I called them. They would have happily refunded the money but I asked if they could simply bring me the original order today instead. They were also happy to do that! I still got my craving for Chinese food in hand and they didnt have to do any extra paperwork or computer input, whatever! Just suffice it to say, Ive never had a bad experience with these folks!

This restaraunt has the best chinese food in the Everett area. The portions are ample and everything is made to order, which is great because I cant eat certain foods. The atmosphere inside the restaraunt is warm, friendly, and inviting. I tried them for delivery and they were amazingly fast, told me on the phone 45 to an hour, but got there inside of 30min. I got them another time for delivery and it took a long time, almost an hour and a half, but the food was still piping hot and delicious. I asked the driver about that and he told me sometimes the kitchen gets backed up with orders from eat-in, bar, and delivery customers but the policy is to go in order and to make sure the customer gets their food fresh and hot. All in all I would say Ive looked for a good chinese joint around here and this is my go to.
