If you plan on working at this location dont do it. Well dont do it if Brendan is still the General manager. When i was working at chicken shack i was 6 months pregnant and was on dish duty. Mind you my belly was getting up there and Im short. I washed as good as i could after washing them brendan called me to the back and asked "is this how you wipe your ass?" Those were his exact words. I simply said no amd because i was pregnant and emotional I wanted to cry and beat him at the same time. I just went to wash it back out. Moral of the story. Thats is definitely not a way to talk to your employee. The way he handled the situation shows he is unfit for his position. By the way I worked there September of 2016 to November. Milan and Shaquan were very supportive and helping. Best workers there.

The chicken was just ok, similar to the greasy doughballs you would get at KFC. My biggest problem was the price. The only reason I purchased it after seeing the price was because I needed it for a potluck at work. For 20 mixed pieces (legs, thighs, breasts) and no sides it was $38 or so with tax. The only flavor is in the breading on the skin, once the breading is gone the only flavor youll taste is greasy chicken. The only way Id purchase again is for another event. On the plus side, service was quick and even just walking up to the counter my order was ready within minutes.

Well, I made the mistake of calling in an order at 2:30p on the Friday of the Woodward Cruise. My order hung on the stove unknowingly 10 minutes while I was in the C.S. waiting for it. They were ready to have me take that order. Only after I said something did they decide to re-cook my order. The staff was too young and distracted for this particular weekend. They played around too much. Wasnt worth the drive on Cruise weekend traffic. This is my first and last time to this particular C.S.

Just placed my order, my first time ordering from here and the girl who took my order was rushing me. I couldnt even think fast enough. I wanted to order more but I was being rushed so I just finished up and im still spending $50!!! I hope the food is better then the service!

Ive been a Chicken Shack customer for over 35 years but recently their food is greasy and not good. The cod has so much batter on it that its hard to find the little piece fish in it. Quality definitely has gone down hill.

Without a doubt the best Chicken Shack location you are going to find. Some of the best staff work here and the food is always flawless. Been going here regularly for the last year or so and have never had a single problem.

I ordered 8 pieces of cod, I got 3 pieces of cod and 5 pieces of "who knows what". It was under cooked with raw batter inside. I essentially paid 2 dollars apeice, for sub-fishstick size, and quality fish. Crapola!

A Detroit classic. Better than KFC hands down. Its expensive... but worth every penny!!!! Just dont get the coleslaw and make sure to always get roasted potatoes as your side.
