They refused to wear plastic gloves all the time at all sections at the Livernois Boston Market Location, 18610 Livernois Avenue in the 48221 zip code, They are place the general public in danger by not taken extra measures too protect the public at all cost by wearing plasitc gloves by all employees to include the managers when handling food for he public, Cashiers should not be touching food or containers when working with money and the cash registers which are prime places of germs and viruses and can be transmitted to the public due to poor cleanliness and improper handling of food can cause stomach viruses of all kinds, and CDC alerts. I give this location an F for failing to make sure all employees wear gloves not just the cooks.

YES, THE MUCH OLDER WOMAN WHO WORKS THERE HAS A VERY NASTY & POOR ATTITUDE TOWARDS REGULAR CUSTOMERS WHO COMES IN YEAR, & YEAR OUT, BUT NO MORE WILL I COME SHE, & RON DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO CONDUCT CUSTOMER SERVICE PROPERLY,....... FOR EXAMPLE,.... I TOLD HER THAT MY SATURDAY BUY-ONE, & BUY A-LARGE DRINK, & GET ONE FREE WAS WRONG, & SHE CONTINUALLY TRIED TO TELL ME WHAT I HAD IN MY TWO MEALS,..... I ORDERD A HALF CHICKEN, & A LARGE TURKEY MEAL, BUT INSTEAD I GOT A THREE PIECE, & A REGULAR TURKEY,.... ALSO WITH THE FACT THAT I WALKED UP THERE, & HAD TO WALK BACK HOME, SO NO MORE, WILL I PATRON WITH THIS LOCATION, PERIOD.......

A very very bad place and will never ever return. I had an online order and they gave us a real hard time. First, they acted as if they had not received the order and made us wait. Then the staff started grumbling as if we are asking for a favor from them and made us look stupid for making an online order. They all had a very bad attitude toward us. Not even the manager had the courtesy to apologize for what had happened. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE WORST I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.

Came from Hawaii so excite to try this place but very disappointed the chicken was very small like baby chickens and I asked for s lol more Marsala gravy but they werent allowed to to give lol so will Not ever come back Here commercials and pic are deceiving ! Whoops aloha this place should close down and get more experience in cooking

Slow as hell. Asked about the seasonal squash casserole they have for summer and all the big dummies stood there mute...as if they didnt know what I was talking about...as if they didnt even know what a squash was...gen y is a lost, disconnected generation. Foods good though. No complaints other than the usual 20-30 min wait.

Very good customer service food was tasty. Wait time for a Sunday waiting in cream spinach was ridiculously long! My other food was waiting in a bag getting cold. My other complaint was they did not cut my chickens not did they ask. Other locations ALWAYS ask.

Food is always amazing and the manager Rob or Ray omg so sorry i forgot his name is such a great guy..he noticed his staff needed help and he stepped in unlike other places where managers will watch their staff struggle i absolutely love this place
