MUST READ ALL IF YOU WANT TO KNOW HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE ! HORRIBLE I called to place the order . When I said I want it for delivery they said "OK hold on" waited 5 min on hold when they came back to my call they asked phone number and the address. It took him 10 min to understand that my address contains a half. Then he put me on another 5 min hold. Then after he took my order he said another 40 min. Took them 20 min to just take my order ! On top of that. I was few cents away from using the coupon they offer and he said Im missing few cents I need to order something else ! Few cents ! So cheap! Oh and to add to it... I didnt have enough for a big tip for the driver but I planned on ordering again and giving bigger tip after I take money out for next time... well... NEVER AGAIN. I was outside just 10 min before they delivered my food and my yard was clean. Adding I live in the back so Noone comes back here. AFTER THE DRIVER LEFT HE THREW 2 BAGS FROM MCDONALD 4 EMPTY PACKS OF CIGARETTES AND EMPTY BOTTLE OF JUICE ON MY YARD !!!! I WALKED OUT LATER ON AND THE TRASH WAS THERE !!! CHEAP AND PIGS ! THIS IS NOT HOW U TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS ! THE FOOD WAS ALRIGHT BUT I DID HAVE BETTER CHINESE FOOD BEFORE ! BUT THE DRIVER GOT ME MAD THE MOST !

Rather nice, basic asian-style resturant with quite decent prices. Been getting pick-up there for years. The lunch special is especially worth it, mostly the same portions as the dinner portions (regular/fried rice replaces a portion), comes with a drink included, and they will make things spicy on request. Like with most quick/cheap places, dont expect them to take detailed instructions over the phone, and youll get a truly excellent rendition of familiar meals in short order and essentially cheaper than you can make it yourself. I recommend the hot-and-sour soup (very nice mushrooms, quite well made), along with all the usual bourbon/honey/general tso/pork dishes youre likely familiar with. They report that they use no MSG in any of their recipes, and I quite often see them cutting up their ingredients fresh (for cost as much as health) in bulk. Its basically been the same set of folks working there for years, and theyve gotten quite good at what they do - get to know them, and theyre really quite a nice group.

The food is good, we ordered from here several times but we had never gone in to the actual restaurant. I went in for lunch and the restaurant is not that clean especially the bathroom they were even out of soap. Anyways we were sitting eating our lunch and theres this old man that works there and he was also sitting in the eating area and he took off his sandal and started rubbing his foot and picking at it and he did that for a few minutes. Then he put it back on and went behind the counter and started stocking the sauce packages and utensils without washing his hands. We loved the food but after seeing that were not ordering from there anymore. We didnt even finish our food after that.

TERRIBLE service.... Placed order and received delivery in less than 30 minutes. Main dish was Sweet and Sour Chicken. Only problem there was NO Sweet and Sour sauce. We immediately called back and were told they would deliver the sauce as soon as the driver returned. 45 minutes later we called and they said the were busy, but it was on its way. 20 minutes later it shows up cold, along wth our food that has been sitting for an hour. We live less than five minutes from their location. Made another phone call and were offered no apologies they just hung up on me. Will NEVER order from them again. Lets not forget we tipped almost 30%.

I called to place an order and the man on the phone was a little difficult to understand. I have a little trouble with understanding over the phone to begin with. I asked him to repeat his question to me and he started to raise his voice. When I asked a 3rd time he started yelling the same thing over and over again so I got frustrated and passed the phone to my boyfriend who was able to figure out what he was yelling. He kept yelling at my boyfriend about how that woman didnt understand him. There was no need to start yelling at customers. They may have just lost 2 customers because of his temper.

My family and I use to order here aloy until one of the drivers decided to lie and try get more money out of me when i paid the full price and he didnt even count the change ... Once he had the money he put my food at the end of the drive way than took off ... they were beyond rude will never ever ever order from them again.. .we are the 6th customer that has told one of the drivers that we will never order from them again... I would give them zero stars but sadly I cant

The food here was okay, not great. The customer service, however was inexcusable. We dined-in. Clearly a mistake. They did not even have water. We were forced to buy can of soda in order not to be killed by the MSG. After waiting for too long, we were given out food, just our food. No forks, no spoons, no chopsticks. We even had to ask for plates. Also, there was no A/C in the "dining area"

Best Chinese Restaurant in Winter Haven! Their Beef Egg Foo Young is the best Ive ever had. And dont get me started on their General Tsos Chicken! But seriously, if youre looking for some great takeout or they also deliver, this is your help place.

I ordered takeout on a Wednesday night. The shrimp fried rice was excellent. However, the hot and aiur soup was neither hot or sour. It actually tasted sweet & was missing some ingredients, I had to throw it out.

This is my go to spot. Love their food and their service is fast but every fifth order or so its just OK and although they arent rude the store owners are not super friendly either so I had to give it 4/5

I ordered food for take out and it was really good. Didnt have to wait much for it to be ready. However, the place itself is a bit messy, gives an impression of dirtiness, Id suggest taking care of that.

The website says they are 3.7 miles away but when I place my delivery order it says that I live over 7 miles away and they dont deliver that far ?

Always good food. Delivery is always promt and pick up is quick and easy. Love to be able to order online and pick up when i want it.
