Was in there on 10-1-11, staff was friendly, service was great. Only had 1 problem and that I think the guy at the register was new and didn't listen very well. My wife ordered a salad, never got it. We wernt charged for it so thats ok. She told him 3 times she wanted the salad and when we got home it wasn't in the bag. I ordered a cup of soup and he asked me what type of bread I wanted, I explained I'm on a special diet & can't eat bread. He said ok, 2 seconds later I said I wanted to order a cup of another soup also and he asked me what type of bread I wanted. I looked and said, I just told you I can't have bread. It was kind of like I was being punked or something. Anyway, everyone else was very helpful, friendly and they let you taste any of the soups. The only bad thing I could say is they are a bit pricey. 3 cups of soup and half a sandwhich was $21 bucks. I will go back because the soup is that good and the staff is friendly. Just hope the guy at the register is a little more on his game next time.

A mean and rude new owner. Just run away from it. This shop recently changed a owner. This new owner is mean and rude, and services became much slower than before. First, a sample of soup just came as a drop. When we ordered a kids meal and two adult combo, they just gave us one combo. The owner himself took the order. So he obviously doesnt know what he is doing. Worse yet, the kids meal came without a juice box. When asked, he then said they ran out of juice boxes and milk. He should have told us so during order. Then he simply wouldnt exchange for a cookie or some other small thing, even without an apology. Finally we asked for cash back, he then kept us waiting for the cash back for 10 minutes. Eventually, of course, we got 1 dollar back for the juice box. So you see this is a dumb, mean and rude owner.

I do company luncheons weekly. I tried Zoup for the first time on a Wed and the group commented how great it was. So I planned a catering order for the very next day and the group loved it! I really appreciate the online order and the selections are endless. Many more choices for vegetarians than the average sandwich joint. Will be back. Thanks for making me look like a super star Zoup!

I like their soups SO much better than those at Panera. Also the bread options for your side are all good! Not like the hard French bread youd get at Panera. Sorry to compare Zoup to Panera so much, but I get the same kind of food at both places. Also, trying samples of the soups is encouraged!

So happy they finally opened up! Ive been craving Zoups for a while but I could never find one close to my location. I will be coming here often on my lunch break from work. Clean,a wesome and FAST service! Madison was great and so was the young lady she was working with. A++++ :D

Great staff at this location. Not busy at all during lunch time on a Friday. Soup was good, but the sandwich was a little lacking. It was fine, but would just stick to the soup in the future.

Expensive soup for yuppies. Dont even have crackers. Waited 10 minutes for 1 bowl of soup on my lunch break. Ill just go to the Coney Island a couple businesses down next time.
