Being from the area I think we all know its hard to find something to do. This was the local hangout for me and my friend. We spent countless hours there. On the weekdays we would go to just grab a bite to eat or watch a game, and of course wed catch ourselves playing the Texas Holdem games. The weekends? we would spend even more time in, just using our free refills to the max while we just talked, played poker, and watched games. Hockey nights however, are the top nights for me. Thats when I experienced the great atmosphere the most. Everyone joining in to cheer when there is a goal, and boo when their is a bad call. Now, going there a lot, I know they have some bad nights. However, the "bad nights" for us was on family nights, when there were so many freaking kids, we had a hard time not swearing. The service is always either good-excellent. I never have gone there and been disappointed. The food is good also. Since Ive been away from home for this past year and not being around any Buffalo Wild Wings (or "Bdubs" as its been nicknamed) has me pondering what Im going to get when I go home for the first time in a long while. I crave their boneless buffalo wings with their garlic parmesan BBQ sauce every so often. I dont know how any place can due better with the great environment they provide and the wonderful service. All in all, a great place to eat!

Same as comment before mine. Bar could use more professionalism. Managers shouldnt be letting bartenders boyfriends sit at the bar and get drunk while the bartender is there working. Not a smart business move. My husband lightly joked with bartender about her thumb and the bartenders boyfriend didnt realize he is married and has a comical personality and was just finishing up his beer from dinner not tying to flirt with the bartender. If she cant keep her boyfriend from babysitting her at her job, then maybe she isnt old enough to work behind a bar!

Went in for a carry out just after lunch time and waited 30 minutes for 12 wings and some fries...Not one person was very friendly nor smiled...The waitress at the carry out station was very unfriendly...Never seen her wash her hands before handling the vegetables that was being served to customers after handling money and god only knows what else...My food sat on the counter for atleast 10 minutes before she noticed...So my fries were soggy and the wings werent so hot neither...Needless to I wouldnt be going back...

My wife makes me come here once in a while because she likes the wings. I dont like the place because 9 times out of 10 the service is terrible. We sat for 45 minutes in between visits from our server. The craft beer they advertise in their beer menu is always out. Its clear that the management is incompetent. Avoid going here if you want an enjoyable sports bar experience.

Tonight we were greeted very well by friendly host but thats about where the good service stopped. Our waitress Candice was very sub par. She didnt seem to care much about us and we only got refills once and she never came back to our table the whole night except to give us the check. Food was cold on top of it. Definitely prefer the Mound location.

Staff is usually very friendly and attentive. Sometimes you will get the waiter/waitress that is either over booked or does not pay any attention to you (but not often). Seating is very open and has a good selection of TV choices. Menu options are good but expensive for a typical night out (upwards of $30 for a couple).

Never had an issue with anything other than the fact that when you do an online order for some reason it takes 40 minutes to come out. Even though eight people walked in after me, ordered and their foodin minutes. Needless to say I didnt get to eat lunch before having to return to work.

Manager who took my order was very nice on phone and in person when fixing my order. Bartender whose name started with "K" with reddish hair, freckles, and bad eyebrows was beyond rude. To the point that I wrote this review and a note on the receipt. Entitled, snotty young lady.

This was my first visit here. Turns out it is my granddaughters favorite place to eat. She of course had wings. She loved them. I tried the steak wrap which was equally as good. Best surprise was the Ginger Lemonade. I would go back there for that alone.

The food here has really taken a dive in quality. The chicken is dry and the sauce is usually on the lite side. The service is good, but if the food keeps getting worse and the prices keep rising, I dont see much reason to visit here.

Picked up take out. The staff was very rude when we came in, talked down to us. Then the food was cold when we ate it. Needless to say we will not be ordering take out from here again.

Their boneless wings never have enough sauce on them. Wings are SUPPOSED to be SMOTHERED in sauce. Other Bdubs have plenty of sauce. I go to the one at Hall and Mound instead now.

I tried their limited time only red scorpion hot sauce for my wings, served with ice cream on the side BTW. Loved it, was a fantastic blend of heat and spice!
