This location just has some issues. They didnt give me all of my order but the staff argued I wasnt supposed to get it. I read the menu to them and after more denials finally the manager or team leader corrected the staff. So cool. I said thanks and started to grab my tray. Then the team leader asked in a very annoyed tone, "Is there anything else you want?" When you forget to give me all of my food as shown on my receipt and menu, and I mention it calmly because I recognize the person taking my order is learning, why such an attitude? Why no apology for failing to get my order correct? I have never been served by the same person at this location. The service has been highly variable. We will probably revisit as they hopefully will settle into some consistent performance. But we prefer to go to other Del Tacos.

EXTREMELY RACIST AND UNORGANIZED!!! The owner of the building fired a young man and when asked why, he says, "BECAUSE I HAVE ENOUGH BLACK PEOPLE!" They had a homeless guy sleeping in the lobby for like 3 hours and did nothing about him scaring the customers! I seriously would not recommend eating here!!! As a matter of fact, Im calling the BBB and OSHA on this location! I even secret shopped them, and they were very rude, and the African Americans were working in the back, while the Caucasian Americans were working in the front! IM GOING TO HAVE THIS PLACE CLOSED!!!

I worked there for 1 week, I have taco bell experience but not Del taco experience. (Big difference, 2 different companies ) I didnt receive proper training! Too many managers on varies shift. I didnt feel comfortable working there because I got Judge. Just because I work with taco bell Inc, dont mean I will pick up quickly on the way they run business. Didnt receive proper training, I more so clean then Made food. They expect you to work Countless hours for Minimum wage Pay. NO THANKS.

Awful, even for fast food. Seriously, low-quality. Makes Taco Bell look like gourmet. The worst part is the meat, which is the staple of the menu. Ive gotten chunks of unchewable fat the size of my pinky in a several tacos; who gives this 5 stars, or even two!? I swore never to return, Id rather wait in line at WHITE CASTLE at 2 AM then eat at Del Taco.

I have been coming here for years. I have had great experiences about 95% of the time. People have bad days on both sides of the counter, always remember that. I have recently started a new diet, and they have no issue accommodating my sometimes odd request like for two Del Tacos without shells. I really enjoy their breakfast menu.

Awesome!!! 5 stars for sure. All the young Caucasian ladies working in there were friendly and definitely enjoyed what they were doing. I was greeted well and given my order accurately as well as quickly. The steak tacos and fish tacos were both hot and tasty. The store was clean too. Great pick up for some quick food.

Great place, I literally think its better than taco bell. They have vegetarian choices as well as regular food. Their menu is diverse. They also serve Mr.Pibb instead of Dr. Pepper. Im a Mr Pibb fan. You can choose between burger meat, Turkey, or black beans in your tacos. The fish tacos are great.

LLLOOOOVVVVEEE this store. I go there every week. All the ladies and the one young gentleman that usually work dinner shift on Fridays are so nice. I usually order $40-50 in food and they always have all my food and drinks made in under 5 minutes. Im impressed with the atmosphere and livelyhood.

Ive been here a few times either after movies at the Royal Oak Main Art or just when Im out (I work 3rds) and its always been a good, hot and tasty meal. Plus the workers are always nice, which can be difficult when working the overnight fast food shift.

Awesome food, better than Taco Bell! Had Del Taco for the first time in California and had no idea there were locations now in Michigan. This location was fresh and fast, open late too (maybe 24 hrs, not sure). Big Fat Chicken Soft tacos are the best!

Hands down better than taco bell. Fresh ingredients and the daily made fresh refried beans are delicious. Ive been to many Del Tacos in different states and this one has the friendliest owners and staff. Great people that care about their customers.

The food here is great. It is always fresh and they change their menu seasonally. The employees are always friendly and courteous. When ever Im in the area I must make a stop there, since this is the closest Del Taco to my home, over 11 miles away.

Food comes out hot and basically correct. The staff is nice and listened when taking an order. The food did make me and my husband sick which was not the best, but I do love their chicken soft tacos.

Their "mini" menu items are the same size as a regular size item at the chain competition but much tastier and full of more stuffing :) makes a girl happy :) the real strawberry lemonade is delicious!

Pretty good. Surprised that fries with tacos is a good treat. Quality is better than Taco Bell for sure, but creativity, not so much. Coupons help is it is more expensive.

Same as taco bell. Very salty. Could never figure out the difference in flavor between the turkey taco and the beef taco. All you taste is salt.
