Terrible. Not particularly busy, but waited 35 minutes for food, which only started being bagged when we asked. Several customers came up to counter while we waited to get missing parts of their orders. Left the sauce and pickles off our burgers, which were overcooked and tasteless, which we realized once were back in the car. Maybe Im spoiled living near a five guys, but l will never go to a shake shack again. If you are looking to over pay for a small, poorly cooked, incorrectly garnished burger, slowly made by unapologetically inefficient staff, this is your place.

Found a Shake Shack when visiting New York. It was a great experience. Basically old fashioned hamburgers. When the store opened in Dedham, it was a great treat. I found the same quality as I did in New York. The counter staff, and staff in general were very accommodating, and interested in the customers...and there were many customers! Simply stated, whoever is doing hamburgers in the area, will have a run for their money. You must check this Shake Shack out....a real treat and a bargain!!

Today I sat and shake shock for half an hour waiting for a Smokin Burger 2 orders of fries and a milkshake as I sat there I watched people that came in after me get sandwiches milkshakes fries cheese fries as well as hot dogs and leave before me when I finally spoke up and said something to the staff he claimed he was working on my order right now after that I still had to wait another 10 minutes for my milkshake which made my sandwich as well as my fries cold.....

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS -shorted us $10 worth of food -waited 30 minutes to get food, cold on arrival -bit into something in my ice cream cone that caused me to vomit on the sidewalk -seemed very understaffed This place was so terrible i honestly thought somebody was playing a prank on me. This place is god aweful, the experience i had there was borderline criminal. I wouldnt wish the horrors of shake shack upon my worst enemy.

The family was looking for a burger meal so we went to shake shack one of our burgers had some hot peppers diced cherry peppers it was explained to me i love there food but i cant have any kind of hot peppers so I called to speak to a manager and his name was Juan Santos so the higher ups in the company can see his name . He was so polite and helpful my wife works close and told me to bring receipt and he will take care of it .......

While a little bit more pricey than some other burger places, it does offer a variety of unique items. The chicken sandwich is delicious - nice combination of crispiness, tang from the pickle, and coolness from the ranch sauce. And the shakes are delicious; while they look small, it is all you need. The place is also very spacious and offers plenty of seating.

Burgers are tasty, not trying to compete with the high end restaurants or fast food chains. Cheesy fries are evil in a good way. Looks like crinkle cut fries with Velveeta on top but the cheese tastes real and is a very nice complement to the fries. Service can be a bit slow but not terribly.

Always high quality food and flavor. Always faster service than you expect when you see the long line. I usually try the special of the season and am never disappointed. Plus they have the best free water which sounds dumb when I say it out loud but trust me.

Self described "hip chain" is a handy spot for a better than average burger and shake. Service might be a little dicey, but hip is in the eye of the beholder. You pays yer money and you takes yer chances.
