If I could give Olympia Pizza time zero stars, I would! Called at 8:50 pm (put on hold for 9 mins) and asked if they would deliver and they said yes. Order a pepperoni pizza with pineapple medium. Provided address and my card info. I received a call back from them to verified my address 5 mins after I ordered. Then we received another call back from the manager at 9:35pm saying we live in extend delivery area (I googled it and we live 12 minutes away so not sure what is considered extended area) and the order must be over $20. She then says they cant add to my order at this point and it would prolong the delivery. She blamed the mistake on a new employee. Didnt give me a option to pick up, because I would of drove 12 mins because, I asked if they would deliver bc I looked up their closing time. I am not going to recommend this restaurant or give it a second chance. Im going to make sure my friends and family know about this experience. Thank Olympia Pizza Time for this terrible customer service and making my decision easier to order pizza from.

Have ordered delivery twice from this place. The first time the pizza and cheese bread were almost inedible. We ended up throwing all of it in the compost and warming up some chicken nuggets in the microwave. Tonight, we decided to give them another shot...bad idea! I almost couldnt even swallow the first bite I took of the chicken wings, the ranch for the (soggy, and barely cheesed) cheese bread was comparable to mayo with a dash of Italian seasoning (sour, and congealed) the pizza was under cooked and really sad looking. The toppings were sparse and unappetizing in appearance. I wouldnt recommend ordering anything from this place, I was actually appalled by the appearance and taste of every item we received with the exception of the 2 liter of Ruby Red Squirt. Great customer service and fast delivery tho!

We have been Pizza Time customers for 15 years and while the pizza cant be beat as far as taste and price, the service really sucks. Nine out of ten orders, we are told 20 minutes and it is at least twice that long. Half a dozen times in the last year, we have been told 20 minutes, have waited longer knowing that it wont actually be done in that amount of time, and when we walk in sure that we waited long enough, it isnt even in the oven. This is just happening too much. I have recommended them in the past, but not anymore.

Thanks for the cheesy box! It was really wonderful to splurge $20 for a crust with red sauce and see all the beautiful toppings and cheese stuck to the top of the box. Apparently, it had been that way for a while because there was no scraping it off-- what careful consideration. Too bad. As an innkeeper, I often recommended you for delivery but now that Ive had a few bad experiences, I will steer my guests elsewhere. Convenience isnt worth the disappointment.

BS - if you order takeout, they dont let you apply a gift certificate because your order is already at a discount because they didnt charge you for delivery. Even if the certificate says that it cant be used on delivery, they charge you for delivery before applying the discount from the gift certificate. Plus, the pizza was very lackluster. The one on Martin is much better.

The owner and manager are not nice people. They mess my order up almost every single time. Last time I called and wanted my order corrected they talked me into taking a credit instead. When I tried to use it today they treated me like a tweeker trying to get free food.

Really unpleasant experience finding out Ive been overcharged the last few times Ive ordered from this place. No thanks. The pizza isnt even that good and they are CHEAP on the toppings. Give your money to Vicks or Old School.

For the price, its the best delivery around. None of the big chains can mach their delivery fee. Theyre small, so sometimes you gotta wait longer for delivery. But carry out is always less than 20 minutes. Usually way faster.

My grandmother told me I had to try this place because of the original cashew pizza she used to get in Redlands CA. I am very happy with my way too large late night purchase. Cashews+Pizza=Yumm. Handsome & friendly service :)

The pizza has changed in the past 10 years. Thin, greasy pizza. The garlic knots should have some garlic on and in them. Great price but after the flavor I know why. Great service tho.
