Loyal Customer for 25+ years. Just picked up a $160 order a couple days ago. One of the dumplings had a large piece of plastic in it, looked like a plug of some sort. We brought it back to show them and they would not accept responsibility for it whatsoever. Why would I drive all the way there to show it to them? I was not looking for a refund but an apology would have been the honorable thing to do. I guess their true colors showed through. We have spent thousands of dollars at Peacock over the years. So much for customer service. They are not honest!!! Dont go there if you want a trustworthy restaurant.

My husband loves their Chinese food. If I mention getting take out he always wants Peacock! The portions are a great size for the price and the food is always ready for pick up. He has been going for many years and has spent many nights with his friend here getting dinner. He love their duck sauce, egg rolls and general Chings chicken. Its his family tradition to go here for New Years. It is definitely a landmark in our family.

One of the best chinese restaurant . I work for major airline and i have travel all around the nation and international and i have to say theres no place like Peacock chinese restaurant . The food is phenomenal great staff always friendly and also recently renovated makes this restaurant a must to visit restaurant in town . I have been going back for almost 10 years.

Awful, undress, bowls of grease. Not to mentioned the restaurant smells of mold. My boyfriend Immediately fell nauseous after only a few bites and when we asked to see the manager after leaving a full plate of food on the table, they still made us pay $30. Worst Chinese food Ive ever had.

Last night i ordered the chicken fingers, rice and spare ribs and woke up violently sick at 3 am. I will never eat here again food quality has went down hill tremendously in the past couple years..Eat at your own risk isnt the first time ive heard about people getting sick

This is our favorite local place for Chinese. We usually get our food to go, but this time decided to dine in. Our food, as always, was hot and delish! The atmosphere is adequate, no updates in probably decades. Our waiter was attentive, food arrived promptly.

Excellent old style Chinese restaurant you used to be able to find. Great for splitting a couple of plates three or four ways. More of a comfort food place than healthy/nutritious place. Gets a lot of takeout orders, but has good table service.

THERE ISNT A CHINESE TAKEOUT AROUND OUR AREA THAT CAN COMPARE. WE WILL DRIVE FROM OUR HOUSE ONTHE SOUTH HADLEY BORDER OF CHICOPEE TO PICK UP TAKE OUT HERE. THE PLACES IN CHICOPEE DONT EVEN COME CLOSE!!!!!!!!!!

Best place around by far. Been going here for many years, every other chinese restaurant is a dissapointment. My favorite is general tsos chicken and crab ragoon (#15 dinner) Great quality and huge proportions.

Ordered the sweet and sour chicken and it was chicken fingers with sweet and sour sauce on it. The pork fried rice was okay. Overall I would not recommend this place.
