Nickle n Dime first no Free sauce now no Free water H2o WHAT Who does this Been to this location and was always dismayed you have to pay for any sauce or hot sauce,,,now the final straw going in with the family to eat inside order the meals and a pan of slaw 2 drinks and a water cup since they dont have brewed ice tea this time of year. Say what you no give me water cup,,,, refuse to make excuse WHO DOES THIS STAY FAR AWAY,,,, I cancelled that 40 buck order and walked out. Owner Manager is this what you really want over a cup of Water please never had this done anywhere in this country or others. Im telling hundreds and a dozen reviews sites,,,,Just dont spend your money here and now will Boycott all the other locations. Just dont understand,,,well maybe so do

Great food! Broasted chicken place, however the potatoes steal the show for me.. Broasted potatoes brushed with a butter sauce that keeps you coming back for more. Suggest calling in orders ahead of time, wait times can get long depending on how busy it is in the store.

I have been eating at Chicken Shack since I was a kid, not long after they opened their original location. I was hoping the food in Riverview would be like I remembered in Royal Oak and it was! I love their ribs, chicken and fish!

Very bad customer services I spend $29.97 between me and my 10 year old daughter I ask for hot sauce he tells me its extra charge and water I have to pay for it it dont comes with it not a good experience

I love there boneless bbq wings with the broasted potatoes and their coleslaw. I also love their broasted chicken sandwich. the staff is always friendly.really good place to eat.

Went there after work was told they were out of regular chicken! The large mushrooms hardly had any in it and they were way over cooked. Very disappointing.
