The workers are fine but the females workers are extremely aweful. I am 61, and I ask for double rice, double chicken and cheese. The female workers gave me like less half of scoop of chicken which I paid for "double chicken". I complain for more and they only gave me like 3 more pieces of chicken. I was very upset. Then when I ask for double cheese. The females barely gave me any cheese. Their hand are so tiny that they barely pick up the cheese. So I have to pay the price which I only have a quarter of the bowl of food! I was extremely disappointed with this location area. The men workers understand that I need more but females are SO LIMITED that $12 is not worth of food. I will prefer women does not work for the meat and vegetables areas because their hands and rushing. They dont give much food. Well next time I will go Five Guys next door from Chipotle and get more food... I will not recommended this location.

rude staff and they have no consideration of any instructions when placing an online order, so dont even bother. Our office ordered 5 bowls. When I asked them for just ONE of the MANY things they left out in the order and gave me an attitude about. It was just a green salsa. They did not care that we wrote light cheese, sour cream, etc. Our crispy tacos were soft shell. Didnt even want to bother to ask them anything else if they gave me an attitude about salsa (THAT WAS WRITTEN ON THE ONLINE ORDER). Just wont bother going there anymore lol.

The last two times I have placed an online order with this store it has not been ready when they said it would. Instead they act completely flabbergasted, like they didn't even know you could order online. Then I've had to sit and wait there while they made my order. Not a pleasant experience.

My online order was not ready when promise and my order was not was made like I asked. They started on my order when I came in to the store and had to wait for about 10 mins before I received my order it and it was incorrect. Very disappointed at this location.

Usually busy, depending on whos staffing youll either get typical chipotle quality and quantity, or sub-par, as in they barely fill the burrito and struggle to properly wrap it up.

My favorite Mexican place ever! I love their food and the idea of picking what goes into your burrito, taco, etc. If you like spicy food i recommend the fajita burrito
