In May of 2016 I ordered a pizza from this restaurant and the order was incorrect. I called the store hoping for a refund or corrected product but I was left with excuses and a pizza I could not enjoy. I did write to the corporate email address but never received a response. Today, July 6, 2017, Westshore Pizza Valrico responding with an "angry" reaction on Facebook to my legitimate 1-Star review of my experience. For that, I warn all customers that this location is inferior to other Westshore stores. I recommend: Bella Pizza on Bell Shoals / Bloomingdale; Rosatis Pizza in the Shops of Lithia center; Any Jets location, Old Town Pizzeria on John Moore/Bloomingdale. There are lots of other pizza establishments that value the customer and their experience.

this rating is for the food (but give the service a good 4.5). i ordered meat lovers calzone full size, white special pizza (added chicken), garlic knots and wings. the calzone was great welldone and delicious (but those require a bit more meat), the pizza was not bad but it would be better with parmesan sauce (or good if you are a veggie only type) the garlic knots are good and soft would recommend just a bit more garlic for flavor; the wings were on point dont change them. overall would highly recommend for a quick bite or to order and chill at home with family. I will eat here again and post on other items

Ordered online choose the delivery option after 2 hours of waiting called the store 2 times went to voicemail now its 3hours called the store again left a message store called back around 30 minutes later saying they has a death in the family and he was sorry in which I totally understand instead of attempting to make it right hes keep saying basically it wasnt their fault its we usually eat at Westshore at least once a week you have lost a customer

The philliy deluxe is awesome and on point! Had one and became addicted. I sit over at MC Cigar and order up one frequently now. Pizza reminds me of the mom and pop pizzeria I worked at as a kid. The owner cares about his business and is there frequently to ensure the service is as best it can be. Will continue getting pizza and phillies here as long as I am in the area.

Im not sure why this place received such good reviews. I thought the pizza was pretty bad. It tasted like cafeteria pizza. It had way too much cheese, it wasnt cooked enough and there wasnt enough sauce. My husband ordered pepperoni and there was barely any pepperoni on the pizza. Some pieces didnt even have any. Would not order from here again.

Terrible customer service. This store has taken money out of my account twice and not followed through with a refund. The owner is extremely rude and does absolutely nothing to save a relationship with a customer. This is sad considering I ordered from them 2 times a week. I will no longer waste my money!

I ordered the bacon pizza, and the Pepperoni pizza. The bacon tasted raw and the Pepperoni was so greasy that I felt sick and dizzy and almost threw up. God Im writing this review right after eating their pizza and Im considering forcing myself to puke just to get it over with.

If I could rate a zero, I would. They brought the order an hour later than estimated. One of the pizzas was not correct. A double order of meatballs is 4 meatballs. They forgot the salad. I feel bad for the driver.

cant even label the subs. then when they make mistake they dont want to help and fix it. pizza sucks, service sucks and it took 1 hour and 45 mins to deliver 5 subs 3 miles.
