Today was the last stroke. Never buying anything from Popeyes again. First, the customer service is usually rude and unprofessional. When taking orders, the employees tend to scream over each other so the person taking orders in drive-thru cannot even hear us. They act annoyed when we request sauce or honey, as well. Second, the foods been getting worse and worse as of late. Dry and cold chicken is unacceptable. I learned the hard way to always double-check my package before driving off as my order was missing some items more than once. And lastly, I havent been to the "restaurant" in a few weeks. Yet, somehow I got charged by them last night. And not just for a single order. They charged me 5 times for something I didnt order and refused to refund me, blaming it on the credit card company and my bank. Even though, they had 6 other customers with the same problem. Pure scam!

We waited for 20 minutes before going up to the counter to ask about the status of the order and we only did that after 3 people who had come in after us were served. In 20 minutes 4 orders were completed. My friend got her food only because the gentleman at the counter stopped waiting on people to go and complete her order. As even more time had passed, I just asked for a refund so I cant comment on the food because I never got any but can say there were not enough staff. Very inefficient, frustrating and overall, disappointing. Given the number of other restaurants nearby, youd think that a better effort would be made - wont be back and wouldnt recommend. I even think the current rating of 2.9 (which is lower than ok) is too high!

Chicken wings were the smallest Ive ever seen. They must have come from some GMO chicken. Fries were soggy and cold. Got fresh fries, but those were pretty disgusting too. I stuck them in the oven for 5 minutes to improve them. Wouldnt go back even if they were giving food away for free. Avoid like the plague.

NOVEMBER 30 2016- terrible service every time I go with my wife and 2 children, left me waiting a long, employees in and making jokes do not work well, give it the soda flavored water, and cold potatoes filled with oil. never have the facts nuggets, better I go to hartford even if I stay 25mins.

I love Popeyes fried chicken, but every time i come to this one theyre out of everything. Went for spicy chicken tenders this afternoon and thats not what i got. asked for sweet heat sauce and they were out. asked for coke to drink and all they had was sprite. what gives?

This is the ABSOLUTE worst Popeyes chicken Ive EVER been to. Long wait for times them to mess up your order and not even get anything similiar to what was PAID for nor ASKED for. Food was cold and tasted under cooked. This "RESTAURANT" should really close down!!!

Waited 35 minutes for my order in the drive thru!!! This place is horrible, attitude when taking your order, and it takes forever to get your food. Ridiculous!!! Dont even bother, I prefer to drive to Hartford and get better service than here....

Terrible. Beyond terrible service. Ordered through the drive through and was asked to park because the food would take some time which I was okay with. But I was sitting out there for an hour with a 2 year old in the car.

It so much better than KFC, there chicken is crispy and well seasoned the workers are understanding and friendly. Their fries are good and Mac and cheese is ok but overall it is a great fast food restaurant.

This place SUCKS!! Every time I go here they have 2 people working and no food ready, today no nuggets were made, no biscuts, no french fries. Seriously this place sucks, makes KFC look better and better.

Dont EVER go here !!! Ive been to popeyes 3 times and my order is always made wrong ,the food was cold and soggy. Waited more than 15 minutes on my order. Workers and managers were very unprofessional.
