This guy took my order wrong last time and he apparently is the store manager. I asked him for his name and he couldnt understand what I was asking him. He does not understand English. Instead of fixing my order he send this young lady to fix it for him in a rude way because he couldnt do it himself. He wasnt doing his job and looked like he didnt care about the customers in general either his workers. He was using his phone and wasnt helping the cashier with the costumers. I think if youre a leader you should set the example in the store, also what is he showing his employers the correct example. The young female cashier looked like she does all the work in the store and takes full responsibility while he yells at her to take control of his own mistakes. I would be happy to have the owners name and phone number. I asked him if he could give me the owners number, he hesitated and mugged me. What an unprofessional store manager. Ive been a customer for several Years and never had a problem before...

You can get a good burrito at a lot of places for a reasonable price, but most of those places dont offer a seafood option. I go to Baja Fresh when I want grilled fish or shrimp in my tacos/burritos. Plus they give you a basket of chips to go with some orders to which you can use any number of the salas on their salsa bar.

Although the store looked clean, the employees closed up the restaurant 20 minutes before the official closing time on a Saturday evening and told us that we could only order items to go. Very disappointing. Not a move a struggling chain should make (we went to McDonalds instead).

I arrived 25 minutes before their posted closing time to find the chairs on the tables, the salsa bar completely wrapped up, and employees preparing to close. When I ordered, I was rudely informed I could only get my food to go. Poor way to run a business.

I had a bad experience today at BAJA FRESH Wheaton location I am never coming back again!!! The credit card machines werent working and the new manager couldnt do nothing about it. I hope you guys do something about it.
