I consider myself a Chipotle lover (the best one Ive had around the beltway is in the Tysons mall) but this one, the closest to my house, is terrible. With in a week of moving to my new home I tried to stop at this Chipotle on a Wednesday evening around 7pm only to find the all the doors locked and what seemed to be a private party going on inside. Even when I knocked no one so much as looked up at me. Secondly, every single time you go, there is a very slowly moving line. I used to work downtown and would frequent the Chinatown Chiptole and I swear that place could move 50 people through in 10 minutes. Here it takes 10 minutes to get just one burrito it seems! The other night I went there around 7:30 and they had ONE person preparing the burritos and a line out the door! It might be worth the wait if their ingredients were better, but they pale in comparison to a good chipotle experience. This establishment seems to be perpetually at the bottom of the rice bowl (where its nice and stale) and the meat has no flavor. Put it all together and you have a slow, semi-tasteless meal...Sorry for the long rant but I have just been dissappointed so many time by this Chipotle that its hard to find anything good. I will be directing many of these comments to Chipotles website soon!

This Chipotle location is consistently far slower than every other Chipotle I have ever been to. I frequently go out of my way to visit the Burke or Hybla Valley locations just to avoid the rage-inducing incompetence and mismanagement that runs rampant at the Kingstowne location. I was once made to wait on people BEHIND me in line when I was at the front of the line... during off-peak hours on a weekday! Whoever owns this location should have their franchise license revoked for allowing such consistently poor management. If the name on the front of the building were anything other than "Chipotle", this restaurant would have gone out of business long ago.

After having been away from Chipotle since their closing and reopening, I decided to give them a shot. This location was moderately busy during the 2pm late-lunch crowd but I was still able to find a seat inside. The mens restroom was a bit of a mess and the lack of fresh cut lemons at the drink area stuck out in my mind as needing some attention. So 3 stars for a restaurant that used to be my weekly work lunch go-to spot. Maybe next time Ill try the tofu option. The steak burrito was a mammoth sized helping and I opted on eating in rather than taking it home. Still as tasty as I remembered it to be.

The workers are very rude serve very little portions and are always not in a good mood half of them dont speak English I told her to make a bowl and a burrito and she gave a tortilla on the side of the bowl that was very disappointing one time I asked for more rice and she put a teaspoon more and moved on in a vegetarian and asked for no meat and I didnt want bean so I said no meat no beans and she gave me the dirtiest look I have no idea why their are spider webs all over the place and they have a messy countertop not going back :(

You know. Chipotle. Good fresh food, right in front of you. As a vegetarian, Im content to eat beans and rice my whole life. I LOVE beans and rice. So whats not to like? And with the different salsas and additions, beans and rice isnt even boring. Plus, the tofu "sofritas" thing they have is perfectly fine, with a nice smoky spice to it. This particular chipotle has friendly staff, that are quick to prepare your order.

I found a piece of hair in my bowl and I called the day of and nobody answered so I called the day after and I asked to speak with the manager and I explain what had happened and she was really rude she said she wouldnt refund my bowl and I told her I was going to call corporate because thats totally unacceptable and she literally told me " ok I dont care you do that bye " and hung up. Never buying food from this location !

I just ran in to get a fountain drink recently. The line was long, and the cashier was no where to be found. People on both sides of me began complaining. It took a while for several of the employees to fumble around and come up with a cashier. Very unprofessional! I remember thinking that Steve Ells would not be happy.

Stingy with portions compared to other branches. Some employees need customer service training. Usually longer than average wait times because it can get quite crowded, partly because service seems a bit slower than other branches that get just as busy or even busier. Go elsewhere if you can.

Employees are very rude they dont even pay attention to what i was ordering. The cashier wasnt even looking at me while i was paying she was looking and talking to another employee when she handed me my card and receipt.. If it wasnt because the food is good i wouldnt eat here.

This is my favorite Chipotle. Its true the people on topping/filling line are not consistent BUT they are always tasty...unlike other locations Ive tried. Seems like this one is managed well with food quality.

Good option and hypothetically possible to eat healthy here. If you like the Chipotle brand, you wont be disappointed. Slightly inconsistent topping/filling, long line. But inexpensive and fresh.

I use to like this one for they way they wrapped the burritos bit the last few time I been here. I always have to rewrap then myself. If not might as well just eat it as a burrito bowl.
