Worst Chipotle in my area. This location does not accept online orders, so I tried to call in my order. The first time I called, someone answered and asked to put me on hold. Fine. I sat on hold for 5 minutes and another person picked up. This person asked me what the purpose of the call was, so I told them that I wished to call in an order. The guy said to hold on and set the phone down (not even bothering to mute the phone) and left me hanging for another 5 minutes before hanging up on me. I called back, someone answered the call but did not say angthing and I could hear the restaurant in the background. After 45 seconds of saying "hello? hello?" I hung up and called back. For the next 30 minutes I tried calling back 28 times but it went straight to busy signal each time. I can tell you exactly what happened: these jerks decided that they were too busy to bother taking a phone order and left the phone on the hook. I am furious at the lack of professionalism and respect. When I finally got there I waited in a relatively short line for 10 minutes before walking out after only advancing half way through the line. Looking back through other reviews it seems many people have had terrible customer service at this particular location. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I will never return to this location.

I went into the Aspen Hill, MD. Location and it was the worst experience I have had at any of the Chipotle locations. I went in at approximately 940pm(after work), and the cook was playing and not working. The manager went to the back and you could see her scrapping the pot of rice without any gloves. We had to wait for 15 mins. When the cook decided to make some more chicken. All while everyone was Playing and speaking Spanish and laughing over the foods. Its just so baffling how they got the job. I hope they rectify all the craziness... before they contaminate all the foods and get innocent people sick. In the meantime, I will take my business to qdoba. Its a drive, busy it cant be as bad as this crazy Chipotle.

Worst experience ever! everonyone was taking behind the line and putting incorrect things into my burrito bowls or just missing them all together. Then when I was getting ready to pay, things were still missing and one of the girls got an attitude because she had to reopen my bowl and put stuff in it. Maybe if you were paying attention you wouldnt have missed what I said! I felt bad for the cashier because she looked really embarrassed and she apologized for something that she didnt do. Definitely wont be returning to this location. Management really needs to look into this. Completely unprofessional and lacking customer service skills.

Came in with the wife to get a bite before our road trip. We start to order, and apparently they thought we were on a diet because they were serving half the spoon size portions, not a spoonful but half of it. My wife ordered double meat, line employee asked "you want half and half?" Umm no, its double meat and yes we are aware of the extra price! Sat down, 2 minutes into our food the whole meal was cold! Come on really? Who wants cold food??

I dont rarely change reviews, but this Chipotle really is trying. First time they charged me extra for meat saying it doesnt come with the kids meal a whole $10 more! The 2nd time they tell me that I asked for only chips and not guac and chips,I pay, then they dont give it to me! This staff is extremely rude and unprofessional

I got food poisoning or something frm this chipotle. Went to the giant next door and was walking back through the parking lot w my boyfriend and vomited right there. Very embarassing. Not to mention the workers at this location werent that friendly as other locations

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. They give half the typical quantity & have terrible customer service, especially if youre a non-spanish speaker. My family & I will never visit this branch again.
