The best soft serve ice cream Ive ever eaten! This ice cream is so very creamy and smooth. It melts perfectly in your mouth. They have so many different flavors of soft serve, like 10+ different flavors, plus a flavor of the month that rotates. Then, they have a huge variety of candies and toppings that can be mixed in making this place a magical oasis for the mouth. The staff is always friendly and the drive thru is usually pretty fast. Their customer loyalty program is confusing and complicated to sign up for; it used to be an app on your phone and that was way better. Thats my only complaint. We just dont use the loyalty program and that keeps us happy.

Get a phone number in case someone leaves something there and needs to call. Besides that...great ice cream, ehh on the location (on the corner of a Walmart parking lot). Another plus is they added some additional seating, but they could still use some more and there is room for it. Lastly, dont forget about that phone so patrons can call when they have a screaming kid, dont have their wits about them and leave a valuable item on the table.

First of all, I ordered something very simple. I received my small cup of vanilla ice cream half full. So, (wanting to get what I paid for) I asked to have it filled up more. The service I experienced was absurd. The employee was extremely rude and gave me attitude. She asked what size I ordered and said that was the amount in a small. Lost my business, thats all I gotta say ✌

Super stingy. Wont be going back. Got a small vanilla soft serve in a dish. Was actually the same size as a kiddie they give you at the Hudson twistee treat. The hard cherry dip shell was the worst didnt taste yummy and they put so little on that it was translucent. Luckily the Hudson location is closer to me... because its better in every way!

The girl with the glasses who runs the drive thru, may I say politely a witch! Rude I love this place, but yesterday I bought $18 worth of ice cream and banana split. Get home no banana in my banana split! Who does that? Then I call to say something. Whats up with the 321 area code number? We live in Tarpon Springs Florida right?

Sugar Free and Fat Free option with all kinds of flavor add ins.... yes please!!! not super expensive and a good option for the after dinner cravings. If you have Fido in the car, make sure you ask for a pup cup.... my little guy gets crazy excited as soon as we pull up b/c he cant wait for his little puppy treat.

The ice cream is fair but the staff are extremely rude. I cant support a place that keeps staff like this. with all the kids looking for jobs, you would think they could find some with a friendly positive attitude! Get a clue Twistee Treat and give better customer service

I ordered a chocolate shake and received a shake that was absolutely flavorless, despite it having the chocolate color. Maybe I came at the wrong time or receive the leftovers of a batch. Usually the shakes here are very good, but the one I had was off-quality.

The ice cream is great the service stinks. The majority on the employees are high school age individuals with attitude problems. Should you have any questions be prepared for eyes rolling are huffing and puffing. The ice cream keeps people company ONLY.

Get the most for your money here! My kids LOVE this place. The portions are huge compared to most ice cream shops we have been. The kiddie size twirl, is basically a small/medium. My daughter cant even finish one. Great prices and kind employees

Honestly, the best soft serve ice cream anywhere, period. There are so many amazing choices and toppings, it is just rediculous. Fun and friendly, this is the place to take your kids (or just bring your own inner kid).

Website says store supposed to be open and went and SAT in the drive thru and no one was there. Its 11:30 a.m. Saturday and your website says the store opens at 11 oclock.
