Great wings, but be warned their phone will ring off the hook on busy days and they wont answer. They should have some sort of memo, or hire someone specifically for phone orders. Theyre just throwing away business otherwise. The good news is you can order to go online. The down side is they have limited parking so picking up orders can be tricky. If you stay in the lot next door too long you run the risk of being towed. Would be great if they had a pick up line or drive thru window so you wouldnt have to wait on line while your wings are getting cold and run the risk of getting towed. The good news is they have excellent customer service, and are pretty timely with their pick up orders.

Ordered online to avoid a wait. That didnt help. Finally got to counter & middle aged guy working was extremely rude & curt. Got my order & it was disgusting. I asked for seasoning on the fries & there was none. Wings were mediocre. Crappy attitudes & food to match. Unfortunately this restaurant is one of many eateries on South Padre that is a let down.

Very clean restaurant and the staff was friendly. I think wing stop has the worst fries of any chain, but today they were really bad. My lady requested extra seasoning on her fries and didnt get it. To end on a positive note the Brazilian Citrus Pepper flavor is Amazing!

Had a great experience there with the staff; I left my wallet one night and after returning the next day, I found out they kept it safe. Although the food was not the best, I would return there without question for a quick bite.

New location is great and includes a bar. Very tasty fresh food with helpful employees. The restaurant is clean with a bunch of large screen tvs.
