My 15 year old daughter called in an order which when it came it was incorrect. She called back Great Wall to discuss this with the manager and the member of the staff that answered the phone was very disgruntled and argumentative towards my daughter and told my daughter that she was wrong and that was not what she ordered. When I arrived home to find out how horribly she was treated, I contacted Great Wall and asked to speak with management. The person that answered the phone was extremely tactless and told me that I needed to speak to her that she was management. I told her the situation and she told me that I should not allow my daughter to order food and begun berating me. I asked who the owner was and she said she was the owner. The food may be appetizing, however, I will NEVER order from this restaurant in the future and recommend that if you would like to be treated with the same courtesy that they inflicted upon me and my family be cautious that if that is how the “owner” treats people of our community, then maybe they should go into a profession that doesn’t deal with the public.

The food was great. The meat and vegetables seemed a lot fresher than most Chinese restaurants. The Almond Chicken, General Chicken, and Beef & Broccoli were all excellent. We would definitely return. Also, very fast and friendly service. We went over lunch hour. The lunch specials were $5 each and included a large crab rangoon. The portions were large enough that we each took home extras. The building isnt fancy, but it seemed clean and the food / value was definitely worth it.

Absolutely terrible. Egg drop soup was awful. It was extremely orange tasted like cornstarch water with so much dye you could taste it. Sweet in sour sauce was real ratchet. Once again it was like water with way to much food coloring. I am really not trying to be a crappy person but I orders this food for myself and even for friends of mine before I threw it away said that couldnt beleave how awful this food tasted. Save your money friends.

Um...I dont know what to say. The food was "okay," but....the rice you see. Well, it tastes like blood. The fried rice tastes like blood, or something that has iron or metal stuck somewhere. I put it in my fridge to save for later. Next day, I reheated it and tried to eat it but I nearly vomited on the mental picture of me eating rice that had blood sprayed all over it. I just cant even, like what the hell.

Thought I would try a old favorite again. The food was great, fast and very tasty. The crab rangoons was much better then everywhere I have been in a while they were stuffed and had actual crab youcould see and taste. The price was very reasonable too. The service was excellent and very friendly. It was some of the best chinese I.have had in Topeka.

Unless you want your crab rangoon to taste like windex, your beef lo maine to smell and taste like it came straight from the Hines dog food factory! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. For anyone thats missing cats and dogs around here this would be the first place ID suspect!! COMPLETELY disappointed! COMPLETE waste of money!!

This dive earned minus 5 stars. Worst chicken in the world. I thought they used the chicken fat as the meat. Lo Mein was bland. Chicken Chow Mein was indistinguishable blob of tastless nothing. Egg Rolls tasted like raw cabbage. Wonton Soup was like eating noodled water. Worse dinning experiance of a lifetime.

As soon as we walked in we shouldve walked out! Smelled funny, like old grease and cardboard. Took 25 minutes to get our order after watching a couple that walked in after we ordered get their food first then our order comes out cold. My sesame chicken had a funny taste. I hope I dont get sick tonight!

You can have low cost or pay more & get the best there. Which is great because everyone has different affordability. Best Crab Rangoon. Love the egg foo young. Soup for two....Etc. Been eating there for over 40 years. Waitress not always so great but that can happen anywhere.

Plenty of good food for great price. I went there for lunch and tried their combination fried rice and general chickens. The portion i got was huge and they were delicious. The place was not too busy during lunch time when i was there, so i got my food pretty fast.

We only take delivery when we order. It is always hot when it gets here and they dont forget things. Been eating Great Wall food for over twenty years, and it is always good.
