Me and Husband decided to eat here after shopping at Kroger...BIG MISTAKE!! We ordered water to drink and there was black fungus looking stuff floating in the glass. It was actually quite disgusting. I decided to just ask for another glass of water. When the waiter brought another glass of water...it was the same thing..black fungus looking stuff at the bottom of my glass...seriously??? You would think that they would MAKE SURE that there was nothing in there since we had a problem the first time. When my husband checked his glass he had black stuff in his glass too. This stuff looked like fish poop. The thought of what it could be totally killed my appetite. Not once did the staff apologize or seemed embarrassed by there dirty, filthy restaurant. But we know one thing for sure....we will NEVER go back.

My wife and I took our 2 sons to have dinner there just this past evening and had a wonderful time. My wife had the Chicken & Broccoli which was very tender. I had the Sesame Chicken. The sesame sauce was very tasty! It had a nice sweet tone to it that wasnt over powering at all and the chicken was still crispy despite being served in the sauce. My sons had the kid Lo Mein which was garnished with a decorative orange that was still very edible. At the end of the dinner we were surprised to have 4 more halves of oranges nicely cut and prepared for our consumption, delivered to usn with the check & fortune cookies. The prices were average for the area and cuisine type which covered the gratuitous portions. We will definitely be dinning here again.

When I walked in the atmosphere was wonderful, beautiful set up, I was excited to eat! But then customer service was horrendous. Our waiter kept coming up to us every 2 minutes asking if we were done yet, which was very impolite. You want to go to a restaurant and enjoy and talk to with your companions, not be harassed or rushed. And after we got the food, not long at all, we were still eating, they came in with the check already, another clear sign for us to hurry up. The thing is there was only one other person in the restaurant besides us, so they were clearly not busy. As an addition, a women that worked there kept giving me angry glares. I honestly will never go back there again, horrified with the bad customer service.

Constantly messing up orders. Been ordering from this place for a few years and about half the time its wrong. I order online and give written instructions yet they cant seem to read right. They told me after I complained that I would have a credit but when I called to redeem it hey said there wasnt one. Just a bad restaurant and bad business. I told them to go f themselves and John, the manager, gave me a courtesy call to tell me to do the same. Haha. When you mess up an order, own up to it and take care of the customer. Dont call them back to cuss them out. John, you can keep your dirty words and your dirty business.

A great local Chinese food restaurant close to home. Love their crab wonton and egg rolls. Their amazing shrimp is amazing. My favorite is the egg foo young. We also love the lo mein. Weve been satisfied with just about everything weve ordered. We tried ordering chicken wings for my 5 year old and that was less desirable. Also the dumplings were not great either. Weve had better. This place is excellent, I am a little picky and I can say that the food is always fresh and delicious. Service is always the best, we usually order over the phone and from time to time we eat at the restaurant. The restaurant is very clean. No complaints you can always expect a great meal no matter what you order. I have yet to find a better chinese restaurant that provides this quality food and service and delivers!

Worst customer service ever. I placed on on line order and it was not correct so i asked them to come back and get it because there system didnt put all the information on the ticket (not my Fault) the lady said we cannot take it back because you order it on line. but they would send me what was missing but it would take 30 mins. That is crap my food would be cold by then I will never be ordering from them again.

These people are so rude. Ive been ordering here for years and everytime they come to the door they ask for a tip before even handing me my food. Now they got my order wrong and the man would not let me talk he was very rude and told me i have to pay for a new order what THEY got wrong. He was very rude and argued with me. I will never order from these rude people again.

Ordered last night for delivery. They were really busy waited an hour and a half for them to arrive. The food was okay, not the best I have had but not the worse either. Probably wont order from them again. Wish the food was more flavorful. General Tso Chicken was okay, shirimp fried rice left much to be desired. Very costly for the small amount of food you receive.

We ordered 3 different dinner entrées and found a cockroach leg in one of the fried rice boxes and called them to let them know we were bringing our food back and wanted a refund. They told me that there was nothing wrong with any of the food and would only remake our one order with the cockroach in it. We will never go back here as that is plain ol disgusting.

Very nice atmosphere to start with...very relaxing. We have always found the staff to be pleasant and we have had good service. Food is excellent..the spring rolls are a favorite. I like the wonton soup which has richer flavor than Ive experienced in travels to Japan and China. We make this one of our monthly evenings out.

This is the best local Chinese food restaurant. The House Fried Rice is a generous amount of rice with lots of chicken, beef and shrimp. The Healthy Chicken with Vegetables is flavorful and perfect for when you want to have a healthy Chinese dish. The employees are very nice and friendly.

I had lunch delivered it was an extra $3.70. I was fine w that. my total was $16 so when the delivery guy got here I paid w a $20 and he refused to give me my change saying that it was too far and he needed a tip. I didnt mind giving a tip but for him to demand a tip that was not cool.

Tangerine chicken and crab Rangoon are the best! They hand make the crab Rangoon fresh every day and their tangerine chicken is a house dish that no other restaurants serve. The staff is so friendly and diligent in making your experience satisfying and comfortable.

This place is amazing. Im from NY and down south is wayyyy different from up north. I had garlic shrimp and the shrimps were sooooooo good! They give a decent amount of JUMBO shrimps. This place is amazing and reminds of home. Well done, Bamboo.

Staff us usually nice, owner answered today, kind of a prude, called at 2:57 for a lunch order and denied the request...Its a slow day, you would think he would have taken the buisness...one bad experience is all it takes to lose a customer..
