If i could vote less than one star i would, i was just thrown out of this establishment for a mistake and inconvenience on THE PART OF AN EMPLOYEE. Long story short, my card was swiped THREE TIMES (i have all of my receipts as proof, as well as a printout FROM this place that SHOWS they charged me 3 times) and a total of $40 was taken OUT of my account for a $15 meal. Not to mention, my coworkers card was swiped twice and about $25 was taken from her account for a $12 meal. The waitress came back to our table several times as we were attempting to close out our bill and head back to work; flustered saying that it was too confusing for her, speaking fast, and running off. And instead of asking for help or trying to fix it, my money was STOLEN and we were thrown out. I have been frequenting this restaurant for OVER a year now and NEVER had an issue such as this. I requested my funds back, and was given a song and dance about the credit card processing company, etc.; something that has absolutely nothing to do with me. My bank shows my account in REAL TIME and regardless if it is just a "hold" i do NOT have access to money that is "held." I just want my money refunded ASAP. THE MANAGER WHO I LEARNED IS THE DAUGHTER OF THE OWNER then had a complete mental breakdown, telling me i had an attitude because MY MONEY was taken and i was being inconvenienced; when i asked her how long it would take to receive my funds back in my account as i would be following up with them within the hour. A gray haired gent (who i just learned is the OWNER of this establishment) came from behind the bar to take up for the frazzled manager and told us to leave, not before being completely disrespectful; yelling at myself and my coworkers as if WE had done something wrong. Is this how PAYING customers are treated?? SPECIFICALLY A CUSTOMER THAT PAID THREE TIMES FOR ONE $15 MEAL?? I literally just received a phone call from the "manager" Lauren Gamble to inform me that I would have to call MY bank to have the charges reversed if i wanted them immediately, OR wait until COB to have them close everything out to receive my funds; again an inconvenience to ME for a mistake of an employee of this place. I have been frequenting this restaurant of OVER a year now and NEVER had an issue such as this. The waitress was not properly trained on using the register, and the staff i dealt with directly was BEYOND RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I will recommend that my company no longer use this establishment for our lunches, REQUIRED Happy Hours, etc. And per the "Owners" request, i will NOT be back. You wont get another DIME of my money. I will continue to post about the HORRIBLE service I received today. IT IS MY MONEY AND I WANT IT BACK. **UPDATE** I posted this exact review on the establishments Facebook page and THEY DELETED IT. What are you hiding Stained Glass Pub????

Ive eaten at this place three times now and it seems to be hit-or-miss. The first time I ate there I had an Italian style pizza and a Cuban sandwich. The pizza was great, a little heavy on the olive oil but otherwise lovely. The Cuban sandwich was made with the wrong bread and didnt have much meat or cheese on it. The second time I ate there I had the spinach artichoke dip, and the chicken quesadilla. Both items were good, not great - it was just a dip and a quesadilla, right? The third time I ate there, I had the cream of crab soup and Sacramento steak wrap. The soup was good, but the steak wrap was largely under seasoned to the point that I had to open it up to salt the meat.

I had the smokehouse burger and mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were perfect. Crunchy on the outside, warm throughout, and gooey on the inside. The smokehouse burger was tasty, however was smothered too much in BBQ sauce. Id definitely get the burger again, but next time, Ill ask for less sauce. The fries topped it off! Now I understand why they are known for their fries. The interior was relaxed, but put together -- perfect for a not fancy, but nice family get-together or a night out with friends. The bathrooms were neat and clean, and quite large. I liked the alcoholic drinks names...gave me a nice chuckle.

If youre looking for a place off the interstate for a great "pub" meal, this is it. M-T they have $5 off their home made pizzas and other specials throughout the week. The small pizza is the size of a Dominos large, and this pizza is made with fresh ingredients too boot! If you love wings...you MUST try their Old Bay Wings, WOW! Just order them and thank me later. They also have a daily happy hour, yada-yada. This place is always packed and if not just the food, but the fantastic service. Thanks Sheri & Stephen for consistently great service and making me feel at home. I look forward to seeing you guys again.

Stopped by with friends for 1/2 price wine and wings. Place was crowded but our party of 6 was seated quickly. Courtney was our server and was so friendly and helpful. Drink order was quick to be filled and we placed food order when the drinks arrived. Several of us ordered wine and wings, 1 ordered a salad, 1 ordered the meatloaf and 1 got a chicken sandwich. All of the food was quickly delivered and delicious. Courtney kept our water glasses and drinks full. Music was pretty loud which made conversation somewhat hard.

Family friendly. The bar was pretty busy around 5:30. Service was good. They serve a solid sandwhich (we got turkey bacon pretzel bun) and yummy sweet potato fries. Chicken Quesadilla was just ok. Spinach Chicken salad was enjoyable but a bit over-priced. The bar tender messed up my moscow mule and put WAY too much alcohol in my drink (the ratios were not in balance at all) so it was almost unpleasant to drink. Over-all we liked it slightly more than average. Reminds me of an Apple Bees or Chilis restaurant.

You cant go wrong with the pizza at the Stained Glass Pub. It puts the chain pizza shops to shame. The pizza is loaded with cheese and toppings and has a great crust. On Mondays and Tuesdays, the pizza is half-price. We usually order a large pizza and take half of it home for leftovers. And not to neglect the other food on the menu, the crab cakes are really good and the entree salads are a good option for those who want something lighter.

This is my families favorite local spot for dinner. My kids regularly campaign to go to SGP when we go out. They love the nachos (I do too). The people are all friendly, food is very good, and the atmosphere is just what youd expect from a neighborhood restaurant. If I could suggest one piece of feedback to the owners/ managers it would be to refresh the menu every so often, or offer specials on the weekends.

All I can say is the staff was very nice, food arrived on time and I must say my reuben was nice and tender but something on that sandwich didnt taste to good. I had a early flight so I just tossed the sandwich and took the lost. My only regret was I didnt have time to fully investigate what happened to my sandwich!!!!
