My girlfriend oder some food for herself and a group a coworkers at her job. I would assume every companys main goal is to satisfy the customer becuase they are the ones to bring the bussiness to the company. Well my girlfriend order her lunch meal in which she said specifically that she wanted lots of soy sauce packages for her meal. They ask about how many to have an idea. She replied five well do. So when the delivery guy drop the orders she double check hers and she finds out that they only put one package for each order. She told the delivery guy if he had extras because that is what she asking for. He said no not on him. She ask if he could go back and bring some more like she requested. He said only 2 he is willing yo bring back. She no, I want 5 packages, he still replies back that only 2. So he drove off and returns. He drop off the package in the front door and left immediately. Can you believe the guy only brought 2 when she been asking for 5 all this time. Yep, thats where they mess up now. I guess they dont try to win over the customer so logically they come back for more business. Therefore, they lost not just a customer but the whole clinic crew employees that wont be going there for food anymore. Horrible service horrible delivery service....no bueno.

If you have another restaurant closer to you, use them instead. I placed my order January 7, 2017 and the cashier took it incorrectly. However, she read the order back to me correctly so Im not sure what happened. I called sweet and sour chicken and an order of combination lo mein ; what I received was sweet and sour chicken and an order of shrimp fried rice. The person that answered the phone sent someone to bring lo mein and said keep the fried rice. The drive gets to the door and says they cant give me the lo mein unless they get the rice back. First, thats disgusting. This rice has been in my house on the dining table for at minimum 15 minutes. To take it back means youre going to sell it to someone else. Second, the guy on the phone says to just keep it since the order was taken incorrectly and theyll just bring the lo mein. The reason I wanted to order was for the lo mein and I didnt even get it at all. What a waste of money !!

My review is for take out only, I came over to the place ordered my meal to go, I waited around 15 minutes and the food was ready, heres my take on the meal, the hot and sour soup its ok, not the best and not the worst either, egg roll is smaller than what you can get from other places, the flavor so so, now the main course, I had the shrimp and rice meal, I had a grand total of 5 shrimps and 3 pieces of raw broccoli, a sad looking meal with a small portion of rice, much smaller portion than other places, I will definitely stick to Changs on westgreen and I-10 economical and really good or Asian Fusion on 99 and I-10 behind Costco, a bit more expensive but "delicious", Im never going back to this place.

Just tried to order food and was denied delivery and food because we had a complaint in March. I believe we found a foreign object in our food. Driver made a second attempt of the replacement and I cant remember what else was wrong (March was a long time ago to remember all the details) but it still wasnt right. We try to give everyone a second chance but I see in this case we are being penalized for the complaint. This is poor customer service and you would think they would want to redeem themselves. If you eat here please chew carefully and beware of foreign objects in your food.

Love love love this place! Awesome food every time! Ive ordered several different shrimp, chicken, and pork dishes and they have all been amazing. The crab Rangoon are the best Ive ever had and the egg rolls are perfect. To top it all off this place is priced very cheaply, especially if you order a lunch special. Their delivery is really fast too. You wont regret giving this place a try!

My husband and I are picky about our Chinese food, we hadnt eaten any in a year because we couldnt find a restaurant that was any good until last weekend. The generals chicken has spice to it and the egg rolls are amazing. The online ordering is super easy and quick and the food is always ready in the timeframe and hot. Im so happy its down the road from us. Good food and great service!

Chinese is my thing. I travel all over but recently settled in Katy, TX. This place is right down the street. Let me tell you, this is the best, highest quality Chinese food I have eaten. Ive tried everything on the menu. Superb. Also, the portions are fit to feed 2 people with large appetites. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for the best Chinese food.

Weve loved your food, ordered many times and from work too! Now discussed to find something new on your menu that was not ordered. A cooked mouse with tail and all! This is just right disgusting! I will never order from you again nor recommend anyone to unless they prefer mouse over chicken. Cause youll never know what youll truly get! Yuck!

After passing by this place over 100 times I finally decided to look up the reviews and was happy to see the great ratings. I gave it a try myself and now I will not go anywhere else for Chinese! It is definitely worth trying, I have not ordered anything I am unhappy with. This really is the best place in the area.

I like their food, if I were just rating their food, they would get 4+ stars. But the service is slow, especially last time we went. Seems like the waitress(es) spend most of their time taking phone orders, so the tables get a little ignored. I guess they do a brisk takeout/delivery business.

Just ordered some orange chicken and some chicken pad tai, the lady called me to confirm the order and when I got there it was already ready. By the time I got home it was still nice and hot and is definitely good and she kind. Definitely will go back!!!

Food was good. The service was nice. I often come here for the lunch special, which generally can last me lunch and dinner. The Mongolian style chicken is very good, and the spring rolls are excellent. The interior is very nice and clean.

Went on a date with wife. Ordered the Red Curry, my wife ordered the pad thai. Food was excellent, presentation and taste was great. Service was quick and courteous, and the place was clean with nice ambience. Highly recommended.
