One. Of. The. Worst. Dining. Experiences. Of. My. Life. Seriously....We went here for lunch. Our usual place was closed so we thought we would try it. My daughter ordered the vermicelli with pork. I ordered the vermicelli with shrimp. My son ordered the wonton soup with egg noodles. We had spring rolls and I ordered a small won ton. To be perfectly honest we werent feeling terribly adventurous so we stuck with traditional Vietnamese dishes we thought were simple, but boy were we wrong. The Wonton Soup came out with wontons that were undercooked and cold. Our spring rolls had fowl meat. The waitress insisted that I had ordered two orders of wonton soup in addition to the small I had already had. She proceeded to have an attitude with me over my order. My vermicelli had some metal ribbon in it. I fished it out. The fish sauce was Rancid. My iced tea glass was empty over 30 minutes. The busboy served iced tea to another guest but never came to fill my glass. When I asked for iced tea the waiter said sure and went behind the counter and never came back. I proceeded to get up and pour myself Ice-T from the counter. They looked at me like I was crazy for serving myself since clearly they were not doing their job. I went to grab condiments off of the table next to us that had not been bussed and was full of dirty dishes from the time that we arrived until the time we left which was the span of about 45 minutes. The condiments had sticky stuff all over the exterior of the bottles and jars. They clearly had not been cleaned. Ever. Im not one to usually bash a restaurant however, on this particular instance they have a lot of work ahead of them. To be honest Im not sure how they have such good reviews and how they are still open if this is how their establishment is operated. The condiment jars are inexcusable. In fact the outside of our bowls had sticky substance as well. It begs to question what kind of dishwasher or if they are even using a dishwasher.

We tried the 2 lobster special. Apparently on the weekends its $3 more at $31.95. When I asked the establishment why, they said they didnt know. The 2 lobsters were quite small and could only be cooked one of two ways, either garlic and ginger or black pepper style. You get white rice with it. We had the black pepper style and it was decent. Portion was enough for two, maybe 3 light eaters. Service was terrible. They get your order, drop it off, and dont come back to you to check on you or refill your drinks. Had to flag him down twice to refill or drinks. They are quick to get your check and hurry you out the door though. For this caliber of restaurant we expected minimal attention which we did not receive. Im not 100% turned off. We will come back and give the seven courses a chance. Tip accordingly. Maybe theyll better their service after a while.

I work in one of the big office buildings less than 1/8th of a mile away from Jasmine Asian Cuisine, I was looking forward to trying some food from the area, however, Im a night shift worker and not able to leave the office after dark. I called and spoke with a very nice lady who offered to go far out of her way and deliver dinner to myself and co-workers after she got off; needless to say I was very impressed!! That is where the good part of this story ends... After taking my order and taking my CREDIT CARD information, an older lady grabbed the phone, said, "we dont deliver" and abruptly hung up on me. Jasmine Asian Cuisine now has my credit card information and I am still hungry. Thanks for wasting my time.

Went to eat for lunch and had a table with 3 kids and one baby and 6 adults....ordered and waiter did not feel like coming back and after we ask for more food and return one item for it is not what we ordered the waiter said he is busy with other tables and if you raise your hand someone will help but did not bother coming back to check on....we use to own a restaurant and it was a Chinese/Vietnamese Restaurant and always emphasize service. I prefer American restaurants for they believe in service not this restaurant. I wish I could give a negative star. Spent over 200$ so it is just bad service and food is good except for the squid.

The food was very good! I still know better places for certain dishes but with all of it it is amazingly good! If your okay with making your own rolls, grilling your own meat this is the place for you! Also if your going to post a review saying that the dishes dont come in order and there is very little space for the food you ordered,, let me tell you that that happens to me in tons of restaurants.. Its normal! Anyways this was a nice place for Vietnamese dishes! I recommend it!

My first time will be my last. Half of the restaurant was filled and there were only 3 floor staffs. The waiters didnt even bring out the food in the correct order and when they do, we didnt have enough space for everything. Some food were cold n some were boiling hot. Mandatory tips too. I would never recommend this place.

The food is good. Even though some dishes are somewhat greasy, they still taste clean and are fairly light. The staff are nice but can be a little slow and not necessarily proactive. If youre here with a group, get used to flagging your servers down and asking for a things.

Food is good, been there a couple times, but my last experience, there were a bad odor, and they had a lot of boxes at the client view. We went for Chinese new year, they have a good show with the dragons. From all the dishes we tried just one was pretty decent in taste.

Food is great here if you like making your own spring rolls and grilling the meat/seafood. Service is subpar possibly because I usually come real late so server are cleaning up and dont really check on us as much. Overall nice environment and live music on weekends.

This place is middle of the road at best during lunch. Meat is not the best quality, service is very slow at times, portions are large, and the price is low. The saying "you get what you pay for" best describes lunch here.

Lunch very cheap. I was hungry ordered dinner combo fried rice. Everything I like also added wonton soup tastes good. Will be my new favorite place. Smiling faces and positive atmosphere.

The food here is pretty great. It provides a good variety of Vietnamese cuisine. I really like the baked catfish, which has a nice and crisp skin, and is not too greasy.

First of all the lobster is not live it is frozen so when you eat it you get a rubbery kind of feeling. Hot pot meal was okay but the meat were very rare.
