Horrible experience this was my first time at this location and the service was horrible the conversations between the employees was unprofessional I had to wait until the girl finished talking before she took my order the whole time I waited still unprofessional conversations and to top it off I get home and I was missing some wings I call up there and they claim the manager said she bagged it herself and knows everything was in the bag like why would I waste my time calling about missing wings they told me there was nothing they could do because they know for sure everything was in the bag and I should have checked my order before I left. I will never return to this location!!!

I tried to call in and order food for my family, the guy on the phone told me to come in and order. I drove 25 mins to be told they were closed due to running out of chicken. This was at 11pm on 02/24/17. He could have said that when I was on the phone and told him how far I was. Instead he let me pack my kids up drive there in a rain storm.

Horrible first time going and will never return to the Harvard location. How is it you place a order a head of time and still have to wait 15 minutes and then they want to serve you something thats been sitting to the side and try to convince you its cool. No give me my money back and I will never do business here again.

Wings had a very good flavor but were cooked to long. Out of ten wings, I was only able to chew about 6. I decided to give the Harvard location a second chance all I can say is I will not waste my money again at that location.

The wings were absolutely amazing. It takes about 17 minutes for the wings to be fully cooked from when you order. It was definitely worth the wait. The hawaiian sauce was really good, and Ill definitely order here again.
