I drove up here from Key Largo with my mother in law because she received an invitation to try a membership here. The invite arrived between Christmas and New Years - while she was visiting family out of state. Upon visiting th membership desk, she was declined the trial membership (came in a couple days late), and wasnt offered any solutions or suggestions, just a "too bad." We were told we could peruse the store, but could not purchase anything without buying a membership full price. I understand that we missed the fine print, but a last-minute promotional coupon which expires over a holiday is a pretty shady offer, especially when there is no customer service to smooth over customers set up for disappointment. We will not be coming back. Also, we used the restrooms on the way out. They were very dirty and clearly not maintained with any reasonable frequency.

Im handicapped and live on a budget I love BJ brand products I imprecise and my calculation of groceries using your prices adding them up in my phones calculator using your coupon no in other stores I havent had this problem but my order today and on others days have come out higher than what I have calculated buy your own pricing by five to $10 more this is a problem for me I went to the front desk today your manager very carefully went through and check the items that I had extremely polite and helpful still we were unable to resolve the problem how often do you do pricing audits where are you check pricing to what comes out in check-out counter there is definitely a problem

Love BJs great quality at a great price! Tire department is the only area that lacks. Always one guy scheduled to run the entire tire shop and propane service. We have complained to management but still the same. Overall the store is well kept.

If I could give 0 stars in this location I would. The customer service is HORRIBLE. waited 1 hr for the manager to get me some help and still wasnt able to help. Wont be returning here.

Poor customer service by Manager did not extend a courtesy purchase due to expired card after years of being a loyal customer. Sadly, BJs forgot about Costco!
