The only good things about Cipotle- its clean and the employees are friendly. Nothing else about it made it good. The food wasnt very good. Id expect meats to be hot but everything was cold. Should have hot meats and tortillas but had neithr. Took food back and they threw it in the microwave. Not exactly high quality. The place is clean and the staff are courteous and friendly. Overpriced for what I got. Pancheros down the road is better.

This is a very well operated location. Friendly staff, good portions. At most places, the workers spend a lot of time playing grab ass while not filling orders but everyone in Ames was busy cleaning, stocking etc. when I was there at 9pm. The university in Ames makes for a fantastic labor market, lots of people who give a sh-- about themselves, their work, their future. Go Ames!

Basic! I dont go to chipotle anymore ever since the food poisoning scare and they had to shut down for a day. Also, I dont go because there burrito toppings are never consistent. One day the chicken is spicy and another day the chicken is bland. But the biggest reason is that guacamole is extra unless you get a vegetarian burrito.

Skimped on the lettuce, made us wait over 5 minutes to pay while our food got cold. Just stood there looking at our food while the register was occupied with another order. Chips were not crisp. Only one guy, only one register and a complex order. Then had to ask for our chips repeatedly.

Chipotle overall is okay, its definitely not my favorite. Burritos, quesadillas, chips and salsa. The tortillas are already made and j ist heated back up, they dont have queso, but the ingredients do look and taste fresh.

Make sure you use the entrance opposite of Duff. The other doors have you come in next to the bathrooms, which at a burrito place, isnt the best.
