Long time Ledos patron, 30 years even back to their original location in college park. This particular location was once pretty good, but has gone down hill. Im not picky about this sort of thing usually but tables were not bussed (dirty) all around, and we came after any sort of rush they may of had. Workers just congregated in the back while for the hour or so we were there while tables were dirty all around us. Off putting. Guy is spreading the table with new silverware on it. Food was not that great either, paper thin crust. Half our pizza was burnt, but didnt send it back because didnt want to have to stay there longer than we had to. Fries were super tough, over cooked. My first soda tasted funky (chemically). My long history with this franchise may be making me generous with the 3 stars. Think Ill just find a a new & well run location.

Manager is a jerk. Has sorta a attitude every time I have gone there. Asked for pizza to be cut in bigger squares, cause thats how my kids like it. He made a face like he just bit a lemon, and stayed that way for a good 20 seconds till I said, "sir, is that a problem? He finally said that he had never had that request before. It was 3 in the afternoon on a weekday, I was the only person in the place. Whats the big deal? All he had to do was turn around and tell the pizza cook, who was right there and heard my request. If anyone reading this goes there, hes the jacka_ _ with the vacuous look on his face. 6/27/15 manager tonight fixed a foul up, and my kids were happy, well done. I should have got his name. I will be back because of his service and hospitality. thanks 6/27/15

Walked in and a bunch of tables were a mess. There was a staff of at least 5 and couldnt believe the staff just walked by these tables. Thes service was so-so because our waitress didnt seem like she wanted to be at work. I like the food at Ledos but add delivery and provide better customer service and this place would be a 5 star restaurant.

awful. TERRIBLE. Our waitress was outrageously rude, and ignored us. Our food was sloppy and BURNT to a crisp. We were the only people there, and we were completely ignored. We heard the employees talking about us and saying mean things. Terrible food, awful service, and inappropriate behavior by employees. Simply awful.

Made a reservation weeks in advance for a party of 13, we were at the restaurant for an hour and a half, no ones drinks were refilled, sorry plates were not nice if the table, no one came to check on us the entire time, this was certainly one of the worst dining experiences Ive had.

Ledos pizza is just special...unique. Its delicious! This location is particularly well-managed. The service is good. Huge kids menu selection. Beer and wine. Always a crowd but rarely too crowded.

I love Ledos pizza and its just as good as it is at this location when compared to any other! They do have dining-in seating and its convenient though its definitely not the nicest place to eat.

Always efficient staff. Excellent product reasonably priced. Dont ever go to Rockville Pike Location . Management is terrible . I live this location and only go here and Germantown.
