This had been my go to pizza spot until recently. One night I ordered a Alfredo pie for pickup. My wife and I came to pick it up after a long day of running errands, and we were excited to eat when we got home, as we were both very hungry. We each took one bite and all we could taste was salt. Literally, it was so over salted I couldnt eat another bite. Now, Im not the type to complain about food ever, and I understand that sometimes people make mistakes and add too much salt, but I just paid 25$ for a pie I cant eat. So I called back and very respectfully explained myself to the girl who picked up the phone. The girl was very courteous and apologized and said that they will credit the pie back to the account associated with my phone number. I was satisfied with the outcome. About 10 days later I called in to place an order for delivery only to be answered by some rude jerkoff. I ordered the same pie and said can you please put the credit from the last order. He told me I would get no credit and that my account had no mention of any kind of complaints. So either he was lying or the girl who promised me credit was lying. Either way, that is not how u treat loyal customers. I got a pie I couldnt eat and at my next attempt to do business with them, I got put down and made to look like an idiot. Case in point, theres 100 other pizza spots in the area, and village maria should focus on customer service if they want to retain their customer base. I, for one, will never order from here again.

Received incorrect order, was treated like it was my fault by the immature girl who answered. Luckily, a much more mature girl picked up the phone after the first probably put the phone down in frustration because it was too much for her brain to handle. After re-explaining the situation they did take care of it by sending over the correct order, eventually. Unfortunately, by the time it arrived I lost my appetite. And no it wasnt a busy time, it was 5pm on a monday.

Awful experience. Was told my pizza would be ready in 15 minutes. Waited an extra 45 minutes for someone to realize they hadnt even made my pie yet. Tried to talk to the manager who just yelled at me that they "make it fresh" even though people who came in after me order pies that went in while I was standing there and got their pizza first. Will never return.

Ordered from this restaurant at least once a week and the food was always phenomenal. Not any longer! I dont know if they hired a new cook or what the but the food has been terrible the last 3 times Ive ordered. The sauce is like water and has no flavor to it. So disappointed. Use to be my favorite restaurant but I wont even order from her anymore

Great staff, good prices, and good food. The personal pizza is great if its just you, or youre splitting meals. The broccoli and cheese soup is so good! Chicken parm is decently priced and always good. I would stay away from the rolls tho, they reheat them, and the are not good at all. Unless you ask them to make one fresh.

Village Marias pizza has a thinner crust than most NYC pizza, though isnt "thin-crust" per se. They have a great variety of specialty pies & slices including vodka sauce/fresh mozzarella and fried eggplant/fresh mozarella. They also sell the basic Ralphs Ices flavors which is a bonus.

This place used to be one of my favorite places, now the service sucks the food is ok if they cook it through (had a raw chicken roll bread was still doe) and $2.25 for a thin crust slice of pizza is crazy. The manager was on his cell phone the whole time i was last there.

I always order from here and quite honestly, I love it! They never have any issues when delivering my order and some of the food is really tasty. Also in comparison to other restaurants and franchises around my neighborhood, Villages prices beat them all.

The pizza is good. Really good. But it always takes forever to get it! They promise 15 mins - be ready to wait for an hour FOR A PICK UP on regular work day

Clean, fast service and the buffalo wings specialty slice was spot on with flavor and a pillowy crunchy crust.

Pizza is ok... but the garlic knots are terrible. They are made from frozen squares. Pretty pathetic.
